Primary responsibilities
• Drive application development, maintenance and support for SAP processes, including the
following modules in SAP
• HCM PA & OM
• Co-responsible SAP HCM – LSO, PM, Time, Payroll, ESS/MSS related to HCM
• SAP training – End-users
• SAP authorisation concept at Nets
• Successfactors
Area of responsibility
• SAP HCM application processes
• SAP Authorisation application processes
• Updated Product Roadmap HCM (not payroll and time)
• Budget responsibility and accountability regarding AM & AD activities
• Stakeholders:
• Through Governance meetings, manage the demands and requirements from the process owners and their business units and together prioritize tasks
• Managing external resources in the process area, controlling costs and ensuring quality of external deliveries
• SLA negotiation with customer
• Delivering inputs to common OLA
• and ensuring quality of external deliveries
• Tasks:
• Preparation of solution proposals including estimation and planning
• Technical designs, i.e. process concepts/customising designs or program specifications
• Suggest new or enhanced functionality that could improve the efficiency in the designated process areas
• Implement new processes or enhancement of solution (customising and testing)
• Process and technical support
• Participate in synergy, integration or other types of projects
• Document or review documentation of changes
Roles
• SAP HCM and SAP Authorisation Application Manager (develop and maintain)
• SAP Business Partner – advising business within SAP HCM processes • Product Manager – responsible for stakeholder management, roadmap, budget and execution
• Team Lead for SAP in common projects
Competence and experience
Strategic competence
• Extensive knowledge about SAP HCM processes • Support business vision and convert ideas into projects
• Keep up to date in new functionality in the area of SAP HCM • General IT skills as:
• Analysis and design
• Quality assurance • Analysis, design and methodology
• IT Application architecture and design
• General knowledge of SAP Solution Manager processes • SAP best practice business processes within HCM process area • Ability to understand and communicate with stakeholders (business and vendors)
Leadership competence
• Strong analytical skills and a understanding of business needs within responsible area • Ability to convert business needs into solutions (design, config, build) and ensure
implementation • Strong communicative skills • Team player and comfortable in the consulting role (drive and facilitate)
• Act independently and bring new ideas to the business
Formal competence / Experience
• SAP HCM – light configuration skills • SAP Authorisation – configuration skill within role concept
• Basic Project Management skills (PRINCE2 Foundation)
• Basic Consultant skills
Pre-conditions
• Fluent in English (oral/writing)
