Senior Property Manager – Client Side West London c£55,000 package Summary of position: • New client side opportunity • Responsible for larger developments with on-site staff Job details: We have a new opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our client. They are a developer based in London with a portfolio of larger developments with on-site staff. You will have full management responsibility for a portfolio of about 6 schemes where you will be involved in visiting the sites, service charge budgeting, ensuring H&S compliance, ensuring smooth management of the portfolio, overseeing and managing on site staff, delivering excellent service levels and recruiting on site personnel and assessing staff performance. We are looking for an experienced block manager with at least 6 years plus relevant experience. Ideally you will have experience in managing larger developments and staff management. An excellent salary with car or car allowance and other benefits are on offer.
