My Favorite Exercise Activity isJogging!

My favorite activity for exercise is jogging. I jog early in the morning during the summer. I try to be out side warming up by 6:00 am. I jog three miles then walk for at least ten minutes to cool down. During school with the sports I participate in, I jog as a warm up to those activities. I try to jog on the weekends when I don’t jog much during the week.

Jogging is very refreshing and leaves me energized.

4. Need good running shoes. (not expensive but good)
