IntroductionJohor Student Leaders Council (JSLC) , we aim to provide the students with a platform to excel; a chance to be get empowered, which is very different from programmes organized by other educational based communities. With To Serve and To Excel as our motto, we are always ready to serve for the younger Johor.

Leadership is the key to empowering young voices; to to paving a way better future leaders. Therefore, we are here to propose the Johor Leadership Camp (JOLEAD camp)

Students nowadays do not display their full potential due to fear, limitations and also their mentality. Therefore, we are organizing this camp to bring the potential in them to the fullest; the leader in them.

This community event is set to make them recognize their potentials more familiarly and become better leaders for their schools and our beloved state Johor

Background AnalysisWe have been observing students all over the state and we found out that they excel academically but, they lack confidence and self esteem when it comes to displaying their capabilities. This situation has urged us to lend a helping hand to the students as they are the future leaders of Johor.

We would like to share and empower the skills that we acquired during our trainings and with Gods grace it will continue to be the backbone of this camp.

To provide a platform and a golden oppurtunitiy for Johor Students to be Succesful Achievers of tomorrow and pave way for a brighter Johor
