    Feb. 20 – DEPARTUREYour journey begins when you depart the USA on your overnightinternational flight.

    Feb. 21 – ARRIVALWelcome to the Holy Land! Upon arrival, you will be met by your guideand transferred to your hotel in Tiberias for dinner & a good night’srest.

    Feb. 22 – FROM SEA TO SEAThis morning make your way from the Galilee to the Mediterranean.First, visit Caesarea Maritima, the port city of Herod the Great wherePaul was held before being taken to Rome for trial. Explore theextensive ruins including the Roman aqueduct and theater. Stand atopMt. Carmel where Elijah defeated the prophets of Ba’al. At Megiddo,see the exciting excavations of 20 cities which lie superimposed onone another. From here you can look out over the plains ofArmageddon. Visit Nazareth, the boyhood home of Jesus and standon the Mount of Precipice, the place where an enraged hometownmob attempted to throw Jesus off the cliff. Travel to Mount Arbel andwalk along its peak for a stunning view of the Sea of Galilee and thearea in which Jesus ministered, with extended views of Mt. Hermonin the north and Mt. Tabor in the south.

    Feb. 23 – JESUS IN THE GALILEEToday, walk a portion of the Jesus Trail in the Valley of the Winds andDoves along the route Jesus took from Galilee to Nazareth. VisitMagdala, the recently discovered hometown of Mary Magdalene. AtKibbutz Nof Ginosar, see the 2,000+ year old ancient fishing boatdiscovered at the bottom of Galilee. Afterwards, you will get to sailacross the waters of the Sea of Galilee as you share in a time ofworship on the water. Next up is Capernaum, the center of Jesus’ministry in the Galilee. Stand in the remains of the synagogue builtover the one Jesus taught in. Visit the Chapel of Peter’s Primacy alongthe shore where Jesus charged Peter, “If you love me, then feed mysheep”. Continue to Tabgha, the traditional site of the miracle of theFeeding of the 5,000. Stand atop the Mount of Beatitudes andconsider what it means to be truly blessed. Return to your Galilee hotelfor dinner and overnight.

    Feb. 24 – NORTHERN ISRAELTravel through the Golan Heights and better understand their strategicimportance to the security of Israel. Continue on to Mount Hermon,probably the site of the Lord's transfiguration. Visit Caesarea Philippi,where Jesus traveled with His disciples and where nearby Peter madehis great confession to Jesus, "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the livingGod”. Visit Tel Dan, one of ancient Israel's boundary markers ‐ "FromDan to Beersheba".

    Feb. 25 – SOUTH ALONG THE JORDANGather together at the River Jordan where you can remember orrenew your baptism. Continue south along the river to Qumran, oncethe home of the mysterious Essenes community, known for being thelocation of the Dead Sea Scroll discovery. In Bethlehem, the birthplaceof Jesus, look out over the Shepherds’ Field where the angelsproclaimed good tidings of great joy. Continue to Jerusalem and lookout over the city from Mt. Scopus before checking into your hotel fordinner and overnight.

    Feb. 26 – JERUSALEMStand atop the Mount of Olives where you can take in a remarkableview of the “Golden City” of Jerusalem. Walk down the Palm SundayRoad to the Garden of Gethsemane where you can pray among theolive trees as Jesus did the night he was betrayed with a kiss. OnMount Zion, enter the Upper Room in remembrance of the LastSupper. Beneath the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, you can walkthrough some of the ancient rooms of the house belonging toCaiaphas the High Priest. Many believe that Jesus was held overnighthere before His crucifixion. Pray alongside the Jewish faithful at theWestern Wall and visit the Southern Wall Excavations including theTeaching Steps.

    Feb. 27 – SOUTHERN WILDERNESS & RUINSTravel south to Masada, the spectacular mountaintop fortress ofHerod the Great, which is famous as the last stronghold of the JewishRebellion against the Romans. Take the cable car to the top and peerdown at the Roman camps and siege ramp below. Journey to the oasisof Ein Gedi where David and his men sought refuge from Saul. Take adip in the salt and mineral laden waters of the Dead Sea, the lowestpoint on the surface of the earth!
