They offer ever-changing menus featuring delicious four-course lunches weekdays at all of our technical high schools. Each café is run entirely by the junior and senior Culinary students with assistance from both the freshman and sophomore classes. The students handle both the front of the house and the kitchen. Here you can indulge in a spectacular four-course meal or chose a la carte options. Reservations are recommended as hours vary from school to school.

These cafés are an integral part of our Culinary students’ training. When you choose to eat at one of our school’s restaurants, you’re providing students with valuable, real-world experience. Not to mention, you’ll receive an unforgettable meal that will keep you coming back for more.
