JOIN US TODAY!
Established in 1982, the Friends of the Hoover Public Library work with the library staff to support the mission and goals of the library. The Friends provide support for the library for
the library’s projects, activities and aquisitions, as well as focus public attention
on library services, facilities and needs.
The Friends host a biannual book sale in addition to operating the Friends Bookstore
which serves the community year-round. The bookstore features gently used books in many genres including fiction and nonfiction. The goal of the bookstore is to get as many books as possible, into as many hands as possible, for as little money as possible.
