    CONCEPT STATEMENT

The newly transition housing will feature a distinctive look, the overall atmosphere will radiate an exciting, inviting and home

The Federal design style will be captured through the incorporation of classical design motifs and classically styled furnishin

The design will consist of raw material, clean clines, and original art works that dispatch a glimpse of Federal style. Varieties

textures, the use of linear lines and some symmetrical layout on the exterior of the home will be transferred into the interior w

the use of straight clean lines, repetition of shape and subtly layered ornamentation will emit a traditional feel. Muted wall co

with minimal trim work painted white and delicately inlaid decoration such as garland, stripes and rosettes will be incorporatehonor the true essence of the Federal style. Pastel colors will hug the walls and bring a sense of calm to the space, while a b

of muted pastels and deep rich colors will be incorporated into the textiles on furniture, flooring, window coverings and

accessories to create a visual harmony throughout the space. The children's area will exhibit fun bright colors to stimulate a

cheerful mood. Open floor concept would emphasize the volume of the main living and gathering area and bring in ample da

promoting positive mood and encouraging conversation. The main living area will also feature semi-circular/oval shaped to

reinvent some of the most famously Federal style designed homes. Wide plank wood floors will run throughout to visually co

each living space. The use of multiple recycled, reclaimed materials, non-toxic and low VOCs products will contribute

sustainability to the design and make this a safe, fun environment.
