Comment: You put a lot of work into the film project and its evident there is material missing from your logbook that would help you to improve your grades. As you pointed out youdid a lot of workshops on improvisation and this did help you do define yourself as a character and you were actively involved in the making of the films. Your attendance has been

rocky and this needs to be addressed.

Comment: Again your attendance has evidently affected your grades, which we have already said needs to be addressed immediately to see signs of commitment, dedications and progress in your work. You are a confident performer and this has been evident in rehearsals and performance however I would like to see you push this more in the next process which we have already seen from you. Fromthe conference you said you don't consider physical theatreas your strongest set of skills however we have seen a different side to this and would ho

pe you will push your boundaries in order to take risks in the next process which will bring you out of your comfort zone.

Comment: Your an intelligent actor and your clearly enjoy being on stage as above the improvisation skills as they are developing will stand you in good stead as a performer it also makes you interesting to work with because you can respond with spontaneity. Your bringimagination to work and it would be good to see you share more with your company members which would help build a team and help you to establish a position within the company as astrong actor and peer. I would like you to show leadership skills in a warm up either solo or with a peer and I would like to hear your voice more indiscussions on the floor as you are already showing a strong voice on the company blog site.
