    Judge Dale

    (retired)

Our federal government has instructed our

federal, state and local police agenciesthat everyone who purports to be aSOVEREIGN should be TREATED as a

TERRORIST! They have also brainwashed the

American public into believing that being aSOVEREIGN is anti-American and unpatriotic!Perhaps this is: The POT calling the KETTLE

    black?

WHAT IS SOVEREIGNTY? It is the inherentright and prerogative of a civilized people to

rule itself, and to dictate all of the forms andconditions of the institutions it sets up to carry

out this rule. Ironically, the U.S. SUPREMECOURT agrees with those people who claim tobe SOVEREIGN citizens of the AmericanRepublic!

Bond vs. UNITED STATES, 529 US 334 2000,The Supreme Court held that the American

People are in fact Sovereign and not the Statesor the Government. The court went on todefine that local, state and federal law

enforcement officers were committing unlawfulactions against the Sovereign People by the

enforcement of the laws and are personally

    liable for their actions.

    other cases.

What are the implications of this 2000, U. S.

    Supreme Court ruling?

1] The delegates to the first Federal

Convention prohibited the use of corporationsby all governments representing the American

Republic. Therefore, all of these corporategovernments and their corporate laws are ausurpation of the organic Constitution of theUnited States of America. All StateGovernments are now sub-corporations of the

Federal Government, making all Courts and alllaw enforcement personnel, corporate federal

agencies or employees. [See: James Madison

Journal of the Federal Convention, Vol. 2, P.722] and [Pull up your State Code on your PCand search the Code for the words District of

Columbia and Federal Government. You willreceive about 1000 references linking yourstate to the federal government.]

2] The state and federal government is acorporation and therefore the Congress, StateLegislatures, City Councils, Municipalities andall State and Federal Courts are corporateentities posing as Constitutional branches of

    government.

    3] Corporations are privately owned

businesses, meaning that the Corporate UnitedStates belongs to one or more privateindividuals, which is always governed by a

Board of Directors. The Corporate UnitedStates is privately owned by a group of

European Royal and Elite individuals tied to theFederal Reserve System and the letters of

incorporation are recorded in the Vatican. ThePresident of the United States is actually theCEO of the United States and the Congress and

all others are corporate employees. Everythingthey do is in the interest of the corporate

owners! I cant access those documents

    because of National Security.

4] In order to promulgate and enforce Criminal

Laws to govern the SOVEREIGN public, government must be SOVEREIGN too, which isan accepted RULE of LAW derived from the,

Ancient Law of Kings. Corporations are not and

can never be SOVEREIGN. They are not real, they are a fiction and only exist on paper.

5] Therefore, all laws created by thesegovernment corporations are private corporateregulations called public law, statutes, codes

and ordinances to conceal their true nature. Do

the Judge and your lawyer know about this? You bet they do!

6] Since these government bodies are notSOVEREIGN, they cannot promulgate or

enforce CRIMINAL LAWS; they can only createand enforce CIVIL LAWS, which are duty bound

to comply with the LAW of CONTRACTS. TheLaw of Contracts requires signed written

agreements and complete transparency! Didyou ever agree to be arrested and tried underany of their corporate statutes? For that

  • 7/27/2019 Judge Dale Sovereignty

    5/10

matter, did you ever agree to contract withthem by agreeing to be sued for violating their

    corporate regulations?

[Citations and Complaints are contracts butthey lack transparency because you were

never told what might happen to you if youagree to contract, and that you had a right torefuse the accommodation!]

7] Do any of Americas Courts have Jurisdictionover a SOVEREIGN? Yes but only by yourconsent to be judged by the Court. Can theycompel [Summon or Subpoena] you to appearor participate in their process? No they cantcompel you and Yes they can ask but you

can reject the accommodation in writing and

nothing can be done about it because you haverefused to give the court jurisdiction over you!

8] Enforcement of these corporate statutes bylocal, state and federal law enforcement

officers are unlawful actions being committedagainst the SOVEREIGN public and these

officers can be held personally liable for theiractions. [Bank v. U.S., 529 US 334-2000]

9] There being no Constitutional Criminal Lawsor Transparency in the American Justice

System, everyone arrested, convicted andsentenced to prison under these CIVIL LAWS

are in prison by CONSENT and therein, all

American Jails are actually DEBTORS PRISONS!

10] Most of the County and State Prisons and

all of the Federal Prisons are privately ownedcorporate businesses for profit, which kick backto the sentencing Judges. The Bureau of

    Prisons Privatization Management Branch

provides general oversight, for theseinstitutions. So if you are convicted in theseCourts, you can expect to serve some jail time! Now you know why America has such highprison populations!

11] Can the State Government and Courts take

Custody of your children? Only with yourconsent, otherwise their agents and officers

can be held personally liable for their actions!Orphans are a different matter and canbecome wards of the Court until emancipated.

Corporate governments are a usurpation of the

organic American Constitution and thiscorporatist onslaught in America has since its

creation, been an ANTI-SOVEREIGN andTERRORIST REGIME and are in fact the realTERRORIST and TRAITORS to the American

    UNITED

    STATES,2 U.S. 419; 1 L. Ed.

    440; 1793 U.S.

    LEXIS 249; 2 Dall. 419

"To the Constitution of the United States

    the term SOVEREIGN, is totally

unknown. There is but one place whereit could have been used with

propriety. But, even in that place it

    would not, perhaps, have comported

with the delicacy of those, who ordained

    [***86] and established that

    Constitution. They might have

    announced themselves "SOVEREIGN"

people of the United States: But serenelyconscious of the fact, they avoided the

    ostentatious declaration."

"As the State has claimed precedence of

the people; so, in the same inverted

course of things, the Government has

often claimed precedence of the State;and to this perversion in the Second

degree, many of the volumes of

    confusion concerning sovereignty owe

    their existence."

Sovereignty was defined and those who

are sovereign were identified by this

case; and, it is the standing law on

    sovereignty today.

    Supreme Court in DRED SCOTT v. JOHN F. A. SANDFORD, 60 U.S. 393

(1857), where the High Court stated, in relevant part:

    @ 404

The words "people of the United States" and

"citizens" are synonymous terms, and mean the same

thing. They both describe the political body

who, according to our republican institutions, form the

sovereignty, and who hold the power and conduct the

Government through their representatives. They are what

we familiarly call the sovereign people, and every citizen

is one of this people, and a constituent member of thissovereignty...

It is true, every person, and every class and description of

persons, who were at the time of the adoption of the

Constitution recognized as citizens in the several States,

became also citizens of this new political body; but none

other; it was formed by them, and for them andtheirposterity, but for no one else. And the personal

rights and privileges guarantied to citizens of this new

sovereignty were intended to embrace those only who

were then members of the several State communities,

or who should afterwards by birthright or otherwise

become members, according to the provisions of the

Constitution and the principles on which it was founded.(emphasis added) Scott v. Sanford, 60 U.S. 393, at 406.

Even the States recognize this sovereignty.

    LEXIS 365

The rule in America is that the American

people are the sovereign, and in them is

lodged all power, and the agencies of

government possess no authority save that

which is delegated to them by the

people. Also, see Perry v. United

    States,

294 US 330, 353 (1935), The Congress asthe instrumentality of sovereignty is

endowed with certain powers to be exerted

on behalf of the people in the manner and

    with the effect the Constitution

ordains. The Congress cannot invoke the

sovereign power of the people to override

    their will as thus declared.
