Patricia is the author of the book Medicinal Plants of the Southern Appalachians She is a practicing herbalist and director of BotanoLogos School of Herbal Studies Georgiarsquos Premier School of Herbs for over twenty-three years now It is the only school for herbal medicine in Georgia and is now located right here in Clayton She also advises the Atlanta Botanical Garden on medicinal herb programming and leads plant and food focused tours on the Greek Island of Crete

TOTAL ECLIPSE AT HEAVENrsquoSLANDING
For the first time in 26 years a total solar eclipse will occur in our great country and we will play host to the worldrsquos eclipse chasers For those of us who already live here but have never seen an eclipse this is the opportunity of a lifetime to see the most beautiful thing on the planet right here in NORTH GEORGIA
Join us at Heavenrsquos Landing to see the TOTAL ECLIPSE from our vast open full view of the sky
To see the eclipse from the Peach State the centerline of the path just barely crosses the Northeastern corner of the state and runs about 12 miles between the borders of TN and SC Clayton (2m34s at 23545pm) is a nice county seat close to the centerline and will be a perfect location to view the eclipse NOTE Yoursquore not going to see it from Athens Gainesville Augusta or Atlanta as these locations are not in the path of totality If you want to stay within Georgia to see the eclipse you will have to come to Heavenrsquos Landing Here yoursquoll see 2m36s of totality of the eclipse

Many of our ownerrsquos families at Heavenrsquos Landing recently extended their families even further as weddings were a common theme this spring
On May 6th Robin amp Barry Agosti celebrated the marriage of their daughter Cortney Agosti as she pledged her ongoing love and devotion to husband Chris Sypeck The celebration took place at Chattooga Belle Farms and it was capped off by a beautiful rainbow seen in the adjacent photo
Amy amp Tom Deml celebrated the marriage of their daughter Molly Deml as she officially tied the knot with fianceacute Chad Cooper The couple was married in an intimate ceremony in Denver Colorado on May 12th with a larger celebration and formal reception scheduled for June 16th in Cancun Mexico
Last but not least Michelle amp Steve Black celebrated the marriage of their son US Army 1st Lt Thaddeus Black to his beautiful new wife Chrissy Crockett The two were married in a beautiful cere-mony held right here at Heavenrsquos Landing on May 27th

For the first time in 26 years a total solar eclipse will occur in our great country and we will play host to the worldrsquos eclipse chasers For those of us who already live here but have never seen an eclipse this is the opportunity of a lifetime to see the most beautiful thing on the planet right here in NORTH GEORGIA

To see the eclipse from the Peach State the centerline of the path just barely crosses the Northeastern corner of the state and runs about 12 miles between the borders of TN and SC Clayton (2m34s at 23545pm) is a nice county seat close to the centerline and will be a perfect location to view the eclipse NOTE Yoursquore not going to see it from Athens Gainesville Augusta or Atlanta as these locations are not in the path of totality If you want to stay within Georgia to see the eclipse you will have to come to Heavenrsquos Landing Here yoursquoll see 2m36s of totality of the eclipse

On May 6th Robin amp Barry Agosti celebrated the marriage of their daughter Cortney Agosti as she pledged her ongoing love and devotion to husband Chris Sypeck The celebration took place at Chattooga Belle Farms and it was capped off by a beautiful rainbow seen in the adjacent photo
Amy amp Tom Deml celebrated the marriage of their daughter Molly Deml as she officially tied the knot with fianceacute Chad Cooper The couple was married in an intimate ceremony in Denver Colorado on May 12th with a larger celebration and formal reception scheduled for June 16th in Cancun Mexico

Many of our ownerrsquos families at Heavenrsquos Landing recently extended their families even further as weddings were a common theme this spring
On May 6th Robin amp Barry Agosti celebrated the marriage of their daughter Cortney Agosti as she pledged her ongoing love and devotion to husband Chris Sypeck The celebration took place at Chattooga Belle Farms and it was capped off by a beautiful rainbow seen in the adjacent photo
Amy amp Tom Deml celebrated the marriage of their daughter Molly Deml as she officially tied the knot with fianceacute Chad Cooper The couple was married in an intimate ceremony in Denver Colorado on May 12th with a larger celebration and formal reception scheduled for June 16th in Cancun Mexico
Last but not least Michelle amp Steve Black celebrated the marriage of their son US Army 1st Lt Thaddeus Black to his beautiful new wife Chrissy Crockett The two were married in a beautiful cere-mony held right here at Heavenrsquos Landing on May 27th

The singing and dancing of the tribes people the colors and bead work are beyond beautiful as well as their hearts They will provide us everyday adventures into their world while spoiling us at the camp Climb atop the mountain go on warriors walks visit with the people and go on Safari Learn about their cultures while teaching them a little about ours The Lodging at Camp Sabacheacute holds 22 people very comfortably and more down in the Camp ground There is an amazing chef on site who cooks a beautiful display for the guests and on property camp staff can provide any needs The camp was made to raise money to help provide food and clean water for the surrounding villages of tribes people Lionheart Ministries helps build wells schools and create new businesses while helping fund many projects and programs that wersquove implemented to help these beautiful and peaceful people We book working trips and Safari amp Culture trips 4-5 times a year
