Jupiter has a full in-house creative studio that can support your needs regarding pre-press, design and last minute adaptation. We are happy to work with clients producing colour and quality tests to ensure consistency and can offer innovative materials new to the industry.

From the beginning of the client relationship we appoint expert production directors with a complete knowledge of Tobacco Dock to support you through the production journey.

Our facility operates 24/7 meaning that clients have full visibility of their projects with us plus the support to help on last minute revisions and additional graphics. We also offer full On Demand print collateral to complement the larger graphic requirements.

DELIVERYLOGISTICS; STORAGE; CLIENT HOT DESKING

Jupiter has local storage as well as client hot desk facilities available within its space during the delivery and installation phases of your project. After delivery we continue to monitor the branding to ensure quality and consistency.

We are unique in having our planning, project, management, client services and production based within the venue, working closely with other service partners and venue management.

Jupiter has an experienced group of experts to guide you through the full process - from concept to execution. We are passionate about quality, an eye for detail, colour management and project delivery.

Working in collaboration, we look to become part of your team to help plan and offer solutions to help ensure that your event or marketing experience has all the theatre it deserves. Whether your branding requirements are large or small we look to work with you to develop creative ideas as well as

co-ordinate every aspect of production and installation.

Planning phases are an integral part of the service that we provide our customers. We aim to engage with clients and projects as early in the process as possible, to advise and suggest options in advance, either to support event and production managers with cost and product knowledge, or to support live pitches and tenders.

Our teams are used to working at any time of the day or night to achieve the right results. Safety is also a prime consideration with all our staff and contractor teams fully trained to the highest standards, with SSSTS, CSCS, PASMA and IPAF accreditations.
