Item 2 gay Councilla“ Van Nest reported thatthe Rimbey Fish and Game Association had received a loanfrom the Provincial Government and will complete theconstruction of the Open Creek Dam. The County equipmenthad been working in the area since the 28th of October,and it was expected that the work as promised by theCouncil would be completed by today (Nov. 15/63). On amotion by Councillor Hillis, this report was accepted.

Item {5} Mr. Wayne Scobie and Mr. Gene Sauve,representing Ferguson Supply, interviewed Council in regardto warranty on the Champion Motor Grader. Ferguson Supplyagreed to allow $500.00 for warranty parts which wereused to repair the machine. They also advised Councilthat a new axle kit was available which could be installedon the motor grader, and the County would be responsibleonly for the work involved, as the cost of the kit wouldbe borne by the Company.

Item 6(a) On a motion by Councillor Hillis theoffer to purchase the NW lO—H5—H—W5by Robert E. Schwiegerfor the sum of $600.00 was accepted. — Carried.

Item 6 (b) On a motion by Councillor Hillis,the Secretary was directed to contact Mr. Harris before thesale of the NE 28—4H—4—w5was proceeded with further.

Hirsche for thecash sum of $590.00 received first reading on a motion byCouncillor Van Nest, second reading on a motion byCouncillor Skeels and, by unanimous consent of the Council,a third reading on a motion by Councillor Owen, andfinally passed.

Item 6 Se) Bylaw No. 47—63—TRauthorizing thesale of the SW - 3—3—W5to Mr. Ollie Fuller for the sumof $1,580.10 with a cash payment of $#00.00, and twoannual payments of $400.00, and one annual payment of$380.10, with interest at 5%. received first reading on amotion by Councillor Owen, second reading on a motion byCouncillor Hillis and, by unanimous consent of the Council,a third reading on a motion by Councillor Van Nest, andfinally passed.
