Dear Mr. Holmes: Enclosed are copies of the Germantown Park & Recreation Department’s 2014 proposed summer program schedule utilizing School District facilities. Per the Intergovernmental Facility Use Agreement, we submitted our program requests on School Dude. Those requests are detailed on the Exhibit A form. The proposed 2014 summer schedule is very similar to the schedules submitted in the past. Should you or your staff have questions feel free to contact me at 262.250.4710. We respectfully ask approval of these requests by March 1
st so our department can meet the brochure publication

REQUEST FOR AUDIO TECH FOR THE CHILDREN’S THEATRE PROGRAM AT GERMANTOWN HIGH SCHOOL
Need stage lighting set up before program begins Need equipment set up by 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (play rehearsal) Need for play on Wednesday 9:30 a.m. show and Thursday 1:30 & 6:30 p.m. shows Equipment needed: 2 PZM mircophones 2 condenser microphones 1 dynamic mi 2 hand held wireless microphones 6 XLR cabels 2 XLR for PZM’s 2 monitor cables 2 patch cables Pre-set lighting - to be set up by Rhonda Rhoads Use of sound system for music We will obtain a pre-approved person to run the system for the play. Last year Rhonda Roads was able to attend. April Marquardt, Theatre Director will also be in the audio tech room to supervise use. Monitors will be left on stage after performances for custodians to put away. All other equipment left in audio tech room for custodians to put away.
