الرجيم الشيطان من بالله أعوذ

I Seek Refuge

Comes from ش ط ن

In Arabic it means the far thing.

Why is he called Shaytan?

Because he became far away from Allah’s mercy.

Root word is رج م

In Arabic it means to hit with stones.

So رجيم means one that is hit by stone. One stone hit and repelled, rejected far away. In this case far away from Allah’s blessings.

It means to be expelled from all types of righteousness.

The root is م ا س� which means name.So هللا � ــــــــــــــــــم �س� ب means with the name of AllahThe root is ح� رم which

means the mothers womb. This way the mother has a special love and affection for the child.So ح�م�ن� means the Most ر�Beneficent or Merciful. It has exaggeration.It signifies ones whose mercy is common to all and extends to the whole universe

Also comes from the root words ح� رم The difference, however, is that ح�يم means اار�repeatedly Merciful or continuously Merciful.It signifies ones whose mercy is perfect in all possible ways. This is more in specific with the believers.

The root is ح م د . This word in Arabic is not only used for praise but also for being grateful.The ال in this word changes it from a common noun to a proper noun.

The root is ب which ,ربmeans one who nurtures. This nurturing is done step by step slowly. It is significant because it means to make something attain one condition after another until perfection is reached. basically nourishes رب�us to the state of perfection.It means Nurturer and carer.

The root is ع م لIt means a sign or a mark. In Arabic it means a flag. It signifies identification. So means all the (world) عالمthings that Allah has recognized. (Plural: Worlds) عالمينincludes all forms of existence, sky, sun, earth, moon, wind, jinn, and people. It means the worlds.

The root is م ل ك In Arabic it means king. And Mallik mean the Owner. Kings own many things.So م�ـ ل� ك� means to posses something in such a manner that one has the right and power to dispose of it as one likes.

� الد�ين� �و�م ي therefore means day of recompense. It represents the day of Qiyamah.
