3. Storage stability (830.6317) and corrosion characteristics (830.6320) data must be submittedwithin 18 months from the date of this registration notice.

4. Submit one copy of the revised final printed label for the record before you release theproduct for shipment.

If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation inaccordance with FIFRA section 6(e). ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDSThis pesticide is highly toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Keep out of lakes, streams, or ponds. Do not dischargeeffluent containing this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans, or other waters unless ir, accordancewith the requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permittingauthority has been notified in writing prior to the discharge. Do not discharge effluent containing ttr? product tosewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment plant authority. For guidance, contact yourState Water Board or Regional Office of the EPA.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEIt is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Formulators using this product are responsible for obtaining EPA registration for their formulated product.

Only for formulation into an insecticide for the following uses:

1. Terrestrial Food Crops: Apple, Banana and Plantain, Barley, Bushberry, Caneberry, Canola, Citrus,Coffee, Cotton, Cranberry, Cucurbit Vegetables, Fruiting Vegetables, Globe Artichoke, Grape,Greenhouse Vegetables, Head and Stem Brassica Vegetables, Herbs, Hops, Leafy Vegetables, LeafyPetiole Vegetables, Legume Vegetables, Peanut, Pecan, Pome Fruit, Pomegranate, Potato, RootVegetables, edible seed crops for Sorghum, Soybeans, Sugarbeet, Strawberry, Stone Fruit, Tobacco,Tree Nuts, Tropical Fruit, Tuberous and Corn Vegetables, and Wheat.

Terrestrial Nonfood Crops or Residential and Commercial Outdoor: Christmas Trees, Lawns,Poplar/Cottonwood, Turfgrasses, Ornamentals.

Greenhouse Nonfood Crop or Residential and Commercial Indoor: Ornamentals

2. Uses for which USEPA has accepted the required data and/or citations of data that the formulator hassubmitted in support of registration; and

3. Uses for experimental purposes that are in compliance with USEPA requirements.

STORAGE AND DISPOSALDo not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place and in such a manner as to prevent cross contamination withother pesticides, fertilizers, food, and feed. Store in original container and out of the reach of children, preferably ina locked storage area.Handle and open container in a manner as to prevent spillage. If the container is leaking or material spilled for anyreason or cause, carefully sweep material into a pile. Refer to Precautionary Statement on label for hazardsassociated with the handling of this material. Do not walk through spilled material. Dispose of pesticide as directedbelow. In spill or leak incidents, keep unauthorized people away.PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticide or rinsate is a violationof Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your StatePesticide or Environmental Control Agency or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA RegionalOffice for guidance.CONTAINER HANDLING:FOR NONREFILLABLE CONTAINER: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer forrecycling if available. Dispose of empty container in a sanitary landfill or by incineration, or, if allowed by State andlocal authorities by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.FOR REFILLABLE CONTAINER: Refillable container. Refill this container with imidacloprid only. Do not reusethis container for any other purpose. For final disposal, offer for recycling or reconditioning if appropriate, orpuncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities.Do not use container in connection with food, feed, or drinking water. Completely empty container into theprocessing equipment. Offer for recycling if available. Dispose of empty container in a sanitary landfill or byincineration, or, if allowed by State and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
