In 2009, Keller Williams Towne Square Realty

Realty (KWTSR) opened with a group of top agents

in the area. Keller Williams offered a clear vision of

the systems and models needed to help clients suc-

ceed during the current housing recession. Within

the year, a hundred agents had joined KWTSR.

Other Keller Williams companies used this success model

to launch their own franchises out of KWTSR the Montclair

and Morristown offices.

In a very short time, Keller Williams Towne Square Realty

outperformed their competitors and took market share in

the Somerset Hills area.

Six of the top ten offices in the local Garden State Multiple Listing service are Keller Williams Com-

panies. There are 1,300 brokerage offices in the

GSMLS.

KWTSR is very grateful to the local community for its

support and looks to give back whenever possible.

Heartworks, Community in Crisis, Valley Brook

Village for Veterans and ongoing work with the

Somerset Hills YMCA, and Raritan Valley Habitat for

Humanity are just a few of the organizations

supported.

KWTSR opened a new “State –of-the-Art” office on Mount Airy Road in Basking Ridge in February of

2015. Today there are over 200 agents that call KWTSR in

Basking Ridge home.

KWTSR also has relationships with a title company and two

mortgage companies with satellite offices within the same

building—Towne Square Title, Movement Mortgage an At-

lantic Home Loans.
