DRIVESHAFT COUPLINGSQuality rubber Driveshaft Couplings to suit many different makes and models including Falcon and Commodore are sourced from major OES manufacturers in Europe. Kelpro only uses the best quality couplings to ensure driveline vibration is kept to a minimum.

OIL SEALSThe Kelpro Oil Seal range is one of the largest in the Automotive Aftermarket and comprises of Engine, Axle and Transmission Seals.

Over the last 10 years as Engines have been engineered to generate more speed, this in turn has created more heat in the engine. It has become very important for oil seals to be supplied with high temperature and high speed material specifications such as DuPont Viton®, Silicon and Poly (Polyacrylate) materials.

PTFE or Teflon Seals are the latest material that car manufacturers are using. PTFE seals are designed to cope with High Engine Speeds and aggressive oil additives. These seals are manufactured without a pretensioning spring due to the seal having plastic memory effect, this means when the seal is heated, it attempts to return to its orginal form/shape.

Repairing leaking Camshaft, Front Crankshaft or Rear Crankshaft Oil Seals can be a costly exercise. The latest range of Kelpro Oil Seals only uses exact OEM material specifications in all Engine and Transmission Oil Seals for vehicles applications from around 1996.

Oversize Sump PlugsUsed when existing threads are stripped or damaged.

Guide Point Sump PlugsUsed by many OEM manufacturers for late model vehicles. Used for alignment and helps in reducing cross-threading.

Piggy Back Sump PlugsThese plugs are also oversize but have a main plug that is installed into the old thread. The oil is drained through the smaller secondary plug. Piggy Back Plugs are also used when you can’t re-use the original thread.

Magnetic Sump PlugsThese plugs are used to remove foreign metal particles that circulate through the lubrication system.
