(2) A period of forty five days time for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effectfrom the date of approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of RankedList.

Candidates desiring to recheck the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post mayapply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.

“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost fromthe Enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printcd in A4 sizepaper from the Commission’s Website/www.keralapsc.gov.in/or photocopied there from. apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.

“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered”.

The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the head of

account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”, addressed to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission District Office, Kozhikode should reach the on or before 4-4-2013. Application for rechecking received after

the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the ObjectiveType (OMR Valuation) Test held on 17-11-2011 and the verification of original documents of candidates includedin the Probability List published on 10-12-2012 for the post of Statistical Assistant Grade- II /Statistical investigatorGrade- II/ Computer Operator Grade- II (SR for SC/ST) (Category No. 38/2010) on ` 5250-8390 in Economics andStatistics Department in Kozhikode District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated27-2-2010 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force w.e.f. 26-12-2012.

The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be inforce till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of threeyears whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules andorders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to theCommission during the pendancy of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in thisRanked List at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of theirnames in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer script will berechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Fifty only) remitted inany one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination fee”. Theapplication for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, CivilStation Kozhikode-20 within 45 days from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public ServiceCommission i.e., on or before 8-2-2013. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not beentertained . The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost fromthe Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed inA4 size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in anyother manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts havebeen invalidated will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A and Part B) relating to this selectionshould remit the prescribed a fee of ` 200 (Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the Stateunder the Head of Account “0051- PSC-800 - Other receipts-99 other receipts”. The duly filled in application in theprescribed form (available from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should besubmitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within 45days of the date of publication of this Ranked List i.e., on or before 8-2-2013. The application received after theprescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded. A copy of an answer sheet willbe issued only once to a candidate. Entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applicationsand proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list asproved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kozhikodewithin one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis ofcommunities specified in the list.

Ranked List No. 9/13/DOW. 2nd January 2013.

The following is the ranked list of candidates for selection to the post of Technician Grade II (Fitter Mechanic)

in Printig Department (Govt. Presses) (Category No. 88/2008) in Wayanad District notified in the Gazette dated 27-2-2008

on ` 5510-8590 (PR) found suitable by the Commission and arranged in the order of merit based on the OMR Test

held on 11-3-2011. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 2-1-2013.

The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period

of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for

appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time,

if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for

appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will

secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for

appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The entries put in column 8 are based on the community specified by the candidates in their application forms

and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in

the list as proved by them should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District

Office, Wayanad, Kalpetta P.O. within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of

reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the

candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of Answer Script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will

be done on payment of ` 50. The fee should be remitted in anyone of the treasuries in the State under the Head of

Account “0051 PSC - 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee” and original chalan enclosed with the application. Applications

for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry

sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from

the Commission’s website http://www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered. The original chalan receipt together with the application for re-checking should reach

the District Officer, K.P.S.C District Office, MGT Buildings, Kalpetta North P.O., Wayanad-673 122 within 45 days from

the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Applications for rechecking of OMR scripts invalidated, will not be entertained.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this

selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the treasuries in the State under the Head of Account

0051 PSC - 800 State PSC - 99 other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the

Commission’s website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, K.P.S.C. District Office,

MGT Buildings, Kalpetta North P.O., Wayanad-673 122 within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List is

brought into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR Sheet
