PROJECT NOTES: I had a lot of fun with Kevin Drew, mostly because I loved the posters and how they popped. Very good artist with an amazing voice! I think what got me the most excited was because of the phone interview. He really impressed me by how down to earth he was and honest. When it came to hanging up posters and passing out tools, I literally put them all over campus. I would take the napkins and replace napkin holders with them. I’d also place them on all tables and keep them in my purse so when people asked me for a tissue or something, I would have that to give them. I’ve also been constantly listening to Kevin on Spotify, so all my friends have seen my activity and have asked me about him! Great artist.

Open 24 hrs (and not to mention is ALWAYS crowded), Cabell is not only the main “study” space at VCU, but also the most popular. Home to the only Starbucks on campus and a place where people go just to even be social – this 5-story library is always poppin’. There are only two bulletin boards within the whole library that allow personal fliers to go up. I was able to snag a spot next to the printers on the second floor (the “social – talking – is – allowed” – floor).

Student grocery store (The Pod) and all the yummy fast food (Chick Fil A, Taco Bell, Subway, Pizza Hut) are all located here.
