FIBC - Corner Loop Bags

FIBC Silvassa has extensive range of 4-Loop (Super Sacos)

Serves a wide variety of dry-bulk handling applications.

Providing customers with a safe and sturdy semi-bulk packaging solution.

Special 4-Loop FIBCs have been developed to provide total containment for powder,granules , and recycled products while protecting against hazards such as moistureand electrostatics.

Cross Corner Tubular Bags

Cross corner bags have loops stitched on the body of the main fabric, sometimes with added with vertical fabric reinforcement.

These bags are preferred when the shape of the lifting loop becomes important. This design is available with all sewing pattern, inlet/outlet design and various closure options.

Single Loop & Two Loop FIBC’s

1- and 2-Loop FIBCs are commonly recognized and accepted as beingthe most cost effective form of packaging based on a cost-to-weighttransported ratio. Our 1- and 2-Loop FIBCs are capable oftransporting loads between 500 kg and 3,000 kg capacity and complywith all relevant testing requirements of both the European and UNdangerous goods requirements.

Q Bags / Baffle Bags

A Q bag is a form-stable big bag fitted with an internal structure (baffles).These baffles ensure that the Q bag will remain stable after filling with no more thanminimum bulging, which means that the FIBC (big bag/jumbo bag) stays within thepallet dimensions and guarantees an optimum load for any type of transport.

Block Bottom Bags

FIBC SILVASSA Block Bottom Bags are also known as AD*STAR Bags which are ideal for automated filling and packing cement and act as better substitute to the paper bags.

The brick-shaped PP woven sacks are produced without adhesives by heat-welding of the coating on the fabric.
