Key Survey Version 8.4 Software Release

This release marks a milestone for WorldAPP and its customers. A variety of new features enables you to leverage Key Survey as a business critical application that brings together the ability to collect feedback data and manage the entire business process that surrounds it, from tasks and workflow to automated reporting capabilities.

Get more control over the look and feel of your offline participant portal. New configuration settings have been added to let you customize the theme with your corporate logos and branding styles.

Here is a detailed rundown of the new functionality available in version 8.4:

Task Management is one of the new features added to the application that will allow you to automate your business processes, regardless of whether they are online or offline.

A variety of new features have been added to the application interface improving the overall user experience. Now when you begin building a new survey or web form you will notice:

New features for enhanced usability

The toolbar will remain visible when you navigate up and down the List of Questions page and Edit Report page

Email invitations can be relaunched to users invited via contact manager

A new Actions button in the top toolbar will let you easily manage advanced logic expressions, branching, email alerts and show/hide logic. Additional logic enhancements include:

Advanced Logic will support greater than, less than expressions for numeric and date fields

More powerful logic for your surveys and web forms

Piping can be referred to the files uploaded previously through File Upload questionEmail Alerts will support Advanced Logic expressions and can also include a link to the PDF version of the submitted form/surveyAnswer options, show/hide logic rules and answer option identifiers can be imported from a CSV file



Lookup questions will now allow selecting of multiple objects from the data model

Form fields can be calculated based on previously captured data
