Preface

The mission of the church is to rule andreign with Jesus now. Jesus desire is todemonstrate His king-priest ministry throughthe church.

The priest prays and repents for nations,cities, governments, and people.

The priest approaches the Father by meansof the blood of Jesus for the needs of sinfulnations and individuals.

The king on the other hand uses his Christgiven authority.

The church has a responsibility to destroyevil and to establish the kingdom of God in theearth.

The church has the responsibility to turn thepolitical system and schools back to God.

This book does not deal with end timetheory.

The focus of this book is to find the pulse ofthe Spirit for today.

King-Priest deals with Jesus reign on earthas a king and a priest through the believers.

Jesus can only reign as His children yieldtheir spirits and minds to Him.

I Corinthians 15:25 For he must reign, till hehath put all enemies under his feet.

It seems that the body of Christ is birthing

the millennium which will be fully manifestwith His return.

Dramatic changes will be made ingovernment and business by your prayers.

The body of Christ will begin to turn society

to the Lord.In the midst of this there probably will be

great conflict and great battle. Satan does notwant to turn loose, but he will.

The theme of the book is "occupy." Let Himwork out the details.

At times it may seem as if the teaching isleaning too far in one direction. Have enoughwisdom to discern what the Holy Ghost issaying.

This book is to get you started in your king-priest ministry.

The end time teachings in this book areflexible. God can work it out in His wisdom.God will not be put in a mold by mansdogmas.

God is free to do what He wants to do. It isentirely possible that we delay the return of

Jesus with erroneous doctrines.

He will eventually accomplish His will.

Take the spirit of the book and bring thekingdom of God to this earth in a morepowerful way than it has been in the past.

It is your responsibility to turn your nationto God.

You must not fail this generation.

This is probably the most demanding andcritical hour in the history of the church. Duringthese days we will probably participate in thegreatest spiritual harvest since Adam.

It is possible that entire nations will be ledto Jesus by their rulers.

We may very well see nations that disdainthe name and blood of Jesus become strongwitnesses.

Do not yield to inertia or sleep today.

You are to reign as kings in this earth. It isyour responsibility to turn the governments togodliness and to holiness.

I have confidence that when I pray, God isruling the world through me. This is notarrogance or rebellion.

It is God given authority.

I know that I am releasing Jesus to do whatHe wants to do.

I know that when I pray, I am moving the

courts, the judges, the political world, theschools, and all of society.

Jesus does not call His king-priests toprayer just to kill time or lose sleep.

Chapter One

1 The Ministry of the Priest

All of Gods People Are Priests

The duties of the priest are varied, but anessential part of their responsibilities includesintercession and repentance.

Our discussion of the king and priest willsometimes overlap, because the ministryoverlaps.

In the king chapter your authority will beemphasized rather than intercession.

Kings cannot take authority over evil in anygiven situation without first forgiving theindividuals involved. That is the ministry of the

priest..

Revelation 1:6 And hath made us kings andpriests unto God and his Father; to him [be]glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

I Peter 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are builtup a spiritual house, an holy priesthood....

Exodus 19:6 Ye shall be unto me a kingdomof priests ... these are the words which thoushalt speak unto the children of Israel.

In both the New and Old Covenant all ofGods people are priests.

Each covenant had the office of the priest aswell as the priesthood of every individual in theentire body.

In the New Covenant the ministers purposeis to bring all the believers (priests) to thefullness of the High Priest, Jesus.

Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unityof the faith, and of the knowledge of the Sonof God, unto a perfect man, unto the

measure of the stature of the fullness ofChrist:

The entire priesthood is being movedtoward the full priestly ministry of Jesus.

Jesus is our high priest. Since we are toduplicate His ministry, it is only natural thatwe, too, are priests.

Jesus now desires to live His priestlyministry through us.

Receive a fresh revelation of yourpriesthood.

You are learning to obey His voice.

This is the ministry of the priest.

The Ministry of the Priest

Jesus is over the nations. So are you. He isresponsible for righteousness in the land. So areyou.

You are His agent.

When you pray, Jesus in you gives you

instructions on how to run His kingdom. Hewill accomplish what He puts in your heart topray and to say.

Through years of prayer, I have personallyseen this in operation.

Most of your ruling will come after youhave been faithful in your prayer life.

Duties of a Priest

Throughout the history of the church the

priest has had various duties. Often he was likea general and led Israel in battle.

The kings consulted the priests for battlestrategy.

Sometimes the priest was a prophet and

guided the nation by delivering the anointed,prophetic word.

The priests primary responsibility hasalways been prayer and intercession.

Revelation Ministry of the PriestBecause the priest can yield into the

supernatural, there is no end to his ministry. Itwill cover every phase of life. Jesus walked inharmony with what the Father whispered in

His ear.As you, the priest, learn to walk in the

spirit, your priestly ministry will know nobounds.

There is a strong possibility that some of

you will bless the world with great inventions.This will also include the ability to marketthem.

Some of you may very well becomeextremely successful business men far beyond

your previous expectation.Some in the world will fear and hate Jesus

more and more. Others will join you andbecome a part of the greatest move of God everwitnessed by man.

What an exciting hour we are birthing.

Imparting the Anointing

Paul and other brethren imparted spiritual

gifts to Timothy by the laying on of hands.I Timothy 4:14 Neglect not the gift that is inthee, which was given thee by prophecy,with the laying on of the hands of the

presbytery.

Paul longed to go to Rome so that he couldimpart anointings to them. He was very muchaware of the power of the resurrected Christwithin him. He knew he could impart it.

Romans 1:11 For I long to see you, that Imay impart unto you some spiritual gift, tothe end ye may be established;

Power flows from the priesthood whether itis the ordained priesthood or individualbeliever.

Believers are now operating in this to ameasure, but as this new wave breaks more andmore upon the shore, you will see dramaticdemonstrations of the imparting of Godsmantel to people.

Revivals will sweep through cities,

businesses, and corporations.

You priests are the light of the world. Youcarry Jesus the only light. This light flows out ofyou.

Right now your life is a great blessing toyour world. Your presence changes their lives.

Each day you live until the coming of Jesusthis anointing will increase.

The earth may shake, rock, and roll with the

effects of sin, but our God reigns in the midst ofit all. He is bringing forth His church.

In just a few short years, Jesus was able totransfer His anointing to His disciples.

They took this anointing, and in a short

period of time attained such respect from thegovernment that the officials turned frompersecuting the Christians to makingChristianity the state church.

The Awesome Power of God

Flows From a Priest to Others

Exodus 17:11 And it came to pass, whenMoses held up his hand, that Israelprevailed: and when he let down his hand,Amalek prevailed.

When Moses, the priest, raised his hands inprayer, God moved. When his hands dropped,God stopped.

When you lift up those priestly hands, Godflows out to humanity.

This verse shows clearly the release ofpower in priestly prayer. You are hooked up toan awesome God.

He has His sword girded upon His thighand you release this sword of Jesus as you prayin the authority of God Almighty. (Psalm 45:3)

God has the compassion of a father, and Heweeps for the nations.

He is concerned about people. You must bevery concerned about people.

He is concerned about righteousness andgood government. You must be concernedabout the same.

If you, as a priest, do not flow with Hiscompassion, you limit His moving in the worldtoday.

The responsibility of billions of souls restsupon you as His priest in this day.

As you travail over a nation, it is Jesus inyou travailing.

God has chosen you, His priest, to reachthis generation.

He desires to release an anointing in youthat even Paul did not enjoy.

Do not fail this generation.

Praying for the Full Unveiling ofthe Jesus Ministry

Ephesians 1:17 That the God of our LordJesus Christ, the Father of glory, may giveunto you the spirit of wisdom andrevelation in the knowledge of him:

Intercede for yourself as well as the entirechurch.

Make this confession:

The Father of Glory is giving to me the spirit ofwisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus.

I am walking in the spirit of wisdom andrevelation in the full knowledge and operation ofJesus.

Pray the same prayer and make the sameconfession for the entire church.

Priests Have Power to Intercedeand Change Governments

You are responsible for praying for your

government.I Timothy 2:1-21 exhort therefore, that, firstof all, supplications, prayers, intercessions,

[and] giving of thanks, be made for all men;For kings, and [for] all that are in authority;that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life

in all godliness and honesty.

As you intercede for mankind with prayerand repentance, you can turn governments,courts, politicians, and the morals of a nationback to God.

Regardless of how dark things may appear;you must continue to intercede and break thepowers of darkness that surround and controlyour nation.

As you forgive your politicians for their

greed and evil, you are releasing Gods blessingto them.

Each time you do this you are placing goodSpirits, and angelic hosts around them. Theseact as a deterrent to evil.

The more you bless them, the morepowerful the kingdom of God becomes in theland.

You are opening the door for God to either

move in the politicians heart or replace him.

Priests Can Change GodsWord by Prayer

Prior to the Babylonian conquest of Israel,

God called His people to prayer. The purposeof the prayer was to change a course previouslyprophesied.

Joel 2:12 Therefore also now, saith theLORD, turn ye [even] to me with all yourheart, and with fasting, and with weeping,and with mounting:

Joel 2:13... Turn unto the LORD your God:for he [is] gracious and merciful, slow toanger, and of great kindness, and repentethhim of the evil.

In this verse the Lord reminded them of Hismercy.

On the other hand the priest is to intercedeand remind God of His mercy and compassion.

Because of Gods mercy, the priest haspower and authority to ask the Lord toreconsider and perhaps repent or change Hismind concerning the prophesied judgment.

Joel 2:14 Who knoweth [if] he will returnand repent..

God makes it clear that man, throughprayer, can influence the Lord to change someof His plans.

This happened when Jonah preached toNineveh. They repented. God altered His plansand did not destroy the city at that time.

Moses Changed Gods WordSeveral Times by Prayer

Several times during the leadership ofMoses, God contemplated the completedestruction of the children of Israel.

On each occasion Moses interceded and itappeared that he almost demanded that Godchange His plans.

In each case God submitted to Moses, thepriest. In reality Moses was yielding to themercy nature of God and interceding for thepeople. This compassion did not originate with

Moses.

Calf Worship

While Moses was on the mountain receiving

the law from God, the people began to worshipthe golden calf. This brought great trouble uponthe people. Gods anger was ready to consumethem.

Exodus 32:10 Now therefore let me alone,that my wrath may wax hot against them,and that I may consume them: and I willmake of thee a great nation.

Moses then asked the Lord to cool Hisanger and to reconsider His plans to destroyHis people.

Exodus 32:11 And Moses besought theLORD his God, and said, LORD, why doththy wrath wax hot against thy people,which thou hast brought forth out of theland of Egypt with great power, and with amighty hand?

Moses reminded God that the nationswould laugh and make jokes about the Godwho tried and failed.

Moses practically commanded the Lord to

repent and change His plans.Exodus 32:12 Wherefore should theEgyptians speak, and say, For mischief didhe bring them out, to slay them in themountains, and to consume them from the

face of the earth? Turn from thy fiercewrath, and repent of this evil against thypeople.

The next verse shows what a powerful rollthe priest plays in Gods plan of redemption.

Exodus 32:14 And the LORD repented of theevil which he thought to do unto his people.

As Moses prayed, he yielded to the priestside of Gods nature. God used the priest sideof His own nature to counteract His wrathnature.

The priestly nature buffeted and cooledGods wrath nature.

This shows the awesomeness of the poweryou can utilize in intercession.

Rebellion at Kadesh

In Numbers 14 Gods people were again inrebellion against God and Moses.

Because of Israels anarchy and sin, God

informed Moses that He would eliminate all ofIsrael and produce a family from Mosesposterity.

Numbers 14:12 I will smite them with the

pestilence, and disinherit them, and willmake of thee a greater nation and mightierthan they.

Again Moses arbitrated and reminded Godof His mercy. Moses requested the Lord topardon Israel.

God submitted and changed His plans.

Numbers 14:17-20 And now, I beseech thee,let the power of my LORD be great,according as thou hast spoken, saying, The

LORD [is] longsuffering... Pardon, I beseech

thee, the iniquity of this people accordingunto the greatness of thy mercy... And the

LORD said, I have pardoned according tothy word:

The priest has the responsibility of turning

Gods wrath nature to His mercy nature.Korahs Insurrection

Moses interceded for the people whenKorah made insurrection against Godsleadership.

After Moses defense, God again spared allof the people with the exception of Korah andthe 250 ring leaders of this insurrection.

Moses never prayed for them. In fact he toldGod to ignore their prayers.

Numbers 16:15 And Moses was very angry,and said unto the LORD, Respect not thoutheir offering....

Then God appeared in His glory and said toMoses:

Numbers 16:21 Separate yourselves fromamong this congregation, that I mayconsume them in a moment.

Here was another opportunity for Moses todispose of this rebellious people, but he did notyield to this temptation. Instead he intervenedfor them.

In response to Moses priestly prayer, God

changed His plans and instructed Moses toseparate the people from Korah.

The people were saved from destruction,but Korah and his family were entombed andthe 250 leaders were cremated.

Dim-Witted People

The day following Moses intercessionwhich saved them from Gods wrath, thepeople, still under the influence of the

rebellious spirit of Korah, accused Moses ofkilling Gods people.

Numbers 16:41... Ye have killed the people ofthe LORD.

They were so furious because God had

annihilated the 250 insurrectionists and Korahsfamily that they assaulted Moses, Gods priest.

Again God came to Moses and commandedhim to separate himself from the congregationthat He might consume them.

Numbers 16:45 Get you up from among thiscongregation, that I may consume them asin a moment. And they fell upon their faces.

This time God did not wait for Moses tointercede, He began to consume the rebellious

people instantly.Witness the response of the priest.

Numbers 16:46 And Moses said unto Aaron,Take a censer, and put fire therein from offthe altar, and put on incense, and go quickly

unto the congregation, and make anatonement for them: for there is wrath goneout from the LORD; the plague is begun.

Numbers 16:47-48 And Aaron... ran into the

midst of the congregation; and, behold, theplague was begun among the people.. Andhe stood between the dead and the living;and the plague was stayed.

As soon as the priest raised up the censor,God stopped killing the people.

The ministry of the priest represented theblood of Jesus that would be shed on Calvary.As soon as the priest applied the blood to therebellious people, God stopped the plague.

The people did not repent. Moses repented

for the people without their authorization.

When you as a priest weep and repent foryour nation or any situation, you open up away for God to deal with that problem.

God is using you to love and forgive people

for Him. It is His working in you that does this.

This breaks down demonic strongholds andallows God to work on the problem.

God is using your priestly ministry tooverride His anger.

There is an awesome power released whenyou love and forgive.

As you continue this week after week and

month after month, Gods love and compassionbegins to invade the land. The compassion ofChrist surrounds the politicians. God begins tomove among them. Things you never dreamedpossible begin to happen.

When you release blessings and not curses,you turn the tide of Gods wrath nature.

Crooked and greedy politicians, corruptjudges, and greedy lawyers are the task mastersof our generation.

Task masters were the slave masters ofEgypt. They kept putting more and moreburdens on the people until Gods peoplebegan to cry out to God for help.

The moment Gods people began to repent,God was able to send Moses and deliver them.

The church is a major part of the problemtoday. We must repent for our sins andblindness.

This may seem like a conflict in teachingsince we have been emphasizing the priest

repenting for the congregation. Now we aretelling you the church needs to repent also.

The priest merely begins the repentingprocess. God then moves. But for lasting results

the people have to straighten up or be dealtwith. Remember when Israel rebelled inNumbers 14, Moses delivered them frominstant death by intercession. God then toldhim how to handle their rebellion. They had toremain 40 years in the desert until the old ones

died. Only the young ones were permitted tocross over to the promised land.

In the history of Israel there were no taskmasters when they were walking close to God.

When the priests intercede and cry out to

God, they can turn the wrath that is comingagainst the land. This gives the people anopportunity to repent.

One man can change things when herepents for himself and for the nation.

I Kings 8:38-39 What prayer andsupplication soever be [made] by any man,

[or] by all thy people Israel ... Then ...forgive, and do, and give to every manaccording to his ways..

This verse is dealing with Israel, Godschildren. When in sin, one man, or the entirenation, could ask God to lift His wrath and stopthe judgment against them.

Every time a king like Josiah repented, Godinvariably lifted His judgment for a period.This gave the people a temporary respite.

During this respite many turned to the Lordand Israel experienced a period of prosperityand peace.

The Power of the Priest toForgive

Jesus

The priestly compassion of Jesus on thecross:

Luke 23:34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgivethem; for they know not what they do...

Jesus perceived the deceived heart of thepeople who were crucifying Him.

People are blinded by Satan. They see theworld through their perverted concepts. Theyreally do not realize the stupidity and the evilthat is working in them.

When you see the world through thepriestly eyes of Jesus, you, too, will say, "Father,forgive them. They know not what they are

doing."This High Priestly prayer is still working

through the earthly side of His priesthood.

Operating in this priestly compassion is thevery heartbeat of the Father flowing through

you.This love and compassion which you

release will then surround your enemy.

You are projecting the nature of God intotheir atmosphere.

They will have to live and sleep with it. Itwill work on them day and night.

When you criticize your politicians,government, or church, you are sending curses.

You are surrounding them with demonic

spirits. This works with them day and night.You are actually aiding and abetting them intheir sins.

King-Priests, in the name of Jesus, Icommand you to wake up and get on the right

band wagon.Stop supporting Satan by permitting him to

do his dirty work through you.

Never allow yourself to speak critically of

anyone.Take the spirit of this. There are times when

a situation must be handled.

In the Epistles, Paul spoke of individuals insin and dealt with certain problems in the

church.

Stephens Death

Acts 7:60 And he kneeled down, and criedwith a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin totheir charge. And when he had said this, he

fell asleep.

In the case of Jesus intercession at thecrucifixion and Stephens prayer at his stoning,the priest was making intercession to theFather.

God was able to redeem many because ofthese two prayers.

The great revival at Pentecost was a directresult of Jesus prayer.

If God had not heard this prayer, He mayhave destroyed the entire human race. Instead,He sent a revival.

In Stephens case, Saul was redeemed. Saul

was the ring leader of those who killed Stephen.God made a preacher out of him, and a greatgentile revival followed.

All Priests

Jesus demonstrated the priests power toforgive.

Luke 5:20 And when he saw their faith, hesaid unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiventhee.

Several men brought a paralytic to Jesus. Herecognized their faith. He did not ask the man ifhe would like to be forgiven of his sins. He toldhim, "Thy sins are forgiven."

This riled the pharisees and they accusedHim of blasphemy.

In the following verse, Jesus again taughtthe power of a priest to forgive sins.

John 20:23 Whose soever sins ye remit, theyare remitted...

The word remit means to forgive.When the priest intercedes using the name

of Jesus and the blood of Jesus, God is able todo great exploits through him. One man can

move a nation or the entire world.As you are led by the Spirit to witness to a

sinner, Jesus can and will work directly throughyou.

I have done this many times and been able

to bypass the usual questions such as, "Wouldyou like to be saved?"

Let me give you an example.

A Jewish lady was brought to me by twoChristian ladies.

"Tell her about Jesus power to heal. Herfamily is really in need of the healing power of

Jesus."

"Are you a born again Christian?" I askedher.

"Leave her alone. She is an orthodox Jew.Tell her about Jesus power to heal," was theresponse of the girls who had brought her tome.

I ignored these well meaning sisters.

I took the Jewish girl by the hand and said,"Pray this prayer."

I had her repeat the sinners prayer. Herresponse was. "Wow!"

Then I said, "Now you are going to receivethe Holy Ghost and speak in tongues, yourheavenly prayer language."

Her response was, "Now." I said, "Yes,now."

She began to speak in tongues immediately.When she came down from the shouting

and dancing and praising God, her remarkswere, "Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus!"

I repeat; a priest does not really forgive sins.

Only God can do that. The priest, flowing in theHoly Ghost, is acting on Gods promptings. Heis releasing the priestly ministry of Jesus, wholives within.

No one can be saved without personallyresponding to Jesus.

God never saves anyone who does notpersonally desire to be saved.

If that had been possible, Jesus could havepronounced forgiveness for all humanity when

He was here on earth.To function as a priest you must realize

how Jesus operated. He knew what was in man.He was able to deal wisely because of this.

He did not ask His disciples if they wouldlike to follow Him. He commanded them tofollow Him.

They were always ready to do so becauseHe knew how that person would respond. Hedid not choose those who were not interested.He knew man.

As your priestly ministry opens more andmore, you will enter into this same level ofspiritual understanding.

As a priest you should be able to obey theHoly Spirit as Jesus obeyed Him. He wasalways on target.

Peter was able to command the lame man inActs three to get up and walk. He did not askGod or the man if he wanted to be healed. He

commanded him to get up.

How did he do this? As Gods priest, hewas obeying Jesus.

This is also the way he was able tocommand the lame man in Acts nine to get up

and make up his bed and be on his way.

Peter did not ask God or the man. Peterknew what the high priest was sayingconcerning this man.

Acts 9:34 And Peter said unto him,AENEAS, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole:arise, and make thy bed. And he aroseimmediately.

As you obey Him, you will turn your worldaround, in a dramatic fashion.

You will be the most amazed when you seeHim using you.

We are channels through which Jesus willwork. He may have us all working on the sameproject, without the other being aware of it.

Intercession and Revival

It was always the history of Israel that whenshe served God, the enemy could not rise upand harm her.

When she began to depart from God, Godstirred up the adversary to prick her.

When the church repents, the entire worldis affected.

The church can change nations because it isthe light of the world.

I Kings 11:14 And the LORD stirred up anadversary unto Solomon, Hadad the

Edomite...The priests were commanded to intercede.

Joel 2:17 Let the priests, the ministers of theLORD, weep between the porch and thealtar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O

LORD, and give not thine heritage toreproach, that the heathen should rule overthem: wherefore should they say among the

people, Where [is] their God?

God did not deliver the people from thejudgment which resulted from their sins until

the priest made intercession.

These scriptures in Joel were given duringthe pre-Babylonian captivity period. A few ofthe priests and people did repent during thesedays, and God kept sparing the people. The

work of the Lord was strengthened.Judgment finally came but only after years

of warnings by the prophets.

When the church repents, God will alwaysturn her world around.

What an honor to take your country to Godin prayer and turn it back to holiness.

Love and forgiveness are Gods miraclenature.

You will turn your world around.

Joel 2:19 Yea, the LORD will answer andsay unto his people, Behold, I will send you

corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall besatisfied therewith: and I will no moremake you a reproach among the heathen:

In response to the repentance of the priest,God sent love and blessings. His wrath was

stopped.Does this sound like Moses when he

stopped the wrath nature of God?

These scriptures in Joel are two fold. Theyrefer to Gods judgment on Israel at the time of

Joel. They also refer to the end time prophesy.The following verse shows this.

The locust, cankerworm, and caterpillarwere great destructive forces sent against them

by God. He calls them His army.God sent the destroying army. At the same

time He called in the priests to stop His wrath.When the priests responded, great restorationcame.

Joel 2:26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and besatisfied, and praise the name of the LORDyour God, that hath dealt wondrously withyou: and my people shall never be ashamed.

The great Pentecostal revival which beganin Acts was a direct result of priestlyintercession.

This revival has not ceased. It continues toincrease in intensity. It will become stronger asthe Great Day of the Lord approaches.

Write down the names of nations, rulers,leaders, politicians, judges, etc. Go over thesenames daily.

Recently I felt apprehensive as I parked mycar. It was some distance down the street fromthe church. I walked around my car pleadingthe blood of Jesus over it. After church I learnedthat the tires on three cars parked nearby hadhad their tires slashed. These cars were in thesame area as mine.

You may like to plead the blood over yourhome and or over your children. This is a good

idea. When you do this you are remindingyourself and the Lord that you are Godsproperty, purchased by the blood of the Lamb.Therefore you have His protection.

The blood of Jesus is the foundation for

everything you do. It is your birthright.When Aaron lifted the priests censer and

in their office, the adversary becomes verydistraught. He cannot operate. Every thing goesout of control for him.

Jehoshaphat and the people of God shoutedand praised God before going to battle.Confusion entered the camps of the enemy. The

armies allied against Israel began to fight oneanother until they completely destroyed eachother.

The evil in your government must leave.

This does not always happen over night.This same principle will work for

problem will go into a state of confusion.

Satan can manipulate you when you fearyour enemy.

He can exploit you when you use angeragainst your enemy.

He can milk you dry in all areas when youworry.

When you operate in love, forgiveness, and

This is not saying a Christian should nevergo to war. Neither is it saying that Christiansshould never use the courts.

First send them the love and forgiveness ofthe Lord Jesus.

This same method also works in dealingwith money kings who use their money powerto control and enslave mankind.

For years God has been getting me up in themorning to pray. During this period He hastaught me some principles of prayer.

There have already been great changes inour world, and there will be more.

The beautiful thing about this is God has anarmy of prayer warriors. Although most of

them work independently, they are all underthe direction of the Holy Spirit.

Communism has been a target for myprayers for years.

I began by saying in prayer, "Russia andChina will become evangelistic centers."

As a priest I forgave them and released thelove of Jesus to them.

Then the kings ministry took over and

commanded the kingdom of God to crush theevil in these countries.

I would always follow this by praying inthe Holy Spirit.

I repented over the other communist

countries, including those that were beingharassed by communist spies, plants, andgorillas.

It is essential that we destroy communism

Israel had a very limited army. The Syrians

received the battle strategy for the day.When the man of God spoke, the power of

He also prophesied the fall of Babylonianempire. Babylon was created by God to destroyunrepentant nations, especially Israel. He didnot destroy Babylon immediately. Her workwas not finished until the punishment of allnations was completed.

As the king-priest speaks the words of theLord, he releases the majestic greatness of theCreator God.

God awaits the awakening of His king-

As His king-priests come alive, they willtear down demonic kingdoms and raise uprighteous kingdoms.

This is already happening in a measure, butyou have not seen anything yet.

King-priests must realize the power ofwords spoken from heavens altar.

Death and life are in the power of thetongue.

Make strong positive statements concerningyour government, news media, and politicians.

They will respond when one or more ofGods kings speaks words of victory concerningtheir leadership.

You will see greater changes as you spendmore time with the Father in prayer.

Since the government is on Jesus shoulders,it is automatically upon your shoulders.

Jesus is alive in you. He will rule this earth

Warfare in Kingship

Joshua 11:18 Joshua made war a long timewith all those kings.

Do not grow weary. Keep fighting the goodfight of faith.

Jesus taught us persistence in prayer.

One of Jesus disciple said,... "Lord, teach usto pray...."(Luke 11:1).

In answer to this request, Jesus taught themthe Lords prayer. Then He gave the following

A man went to his neighbor, to get bread atmidnight. This neighbor did not want to get upand get it. But because of the mans persistence,

God requires His king-priest to bepersistent and take the kingdom by the force ofprayer and kingly authority.

The more you pray and fellowship with theLord, the stronger you become.

The answer may tarry but it will come.

What if they return to evil after you haveseen a victory?

You have nothing to lose. Look what aharvest you gain in the meantime. It is only amatter of time. The kingdom of God will take

over in this earth.

Gods Hand in Your Warfare

Joshua 24:12 And I sent the hornet beforeyou, which drave them out from before

you... but not with thy sword, nor with thybow.

God can do so much more than the might ofman. When you pray and go to battle, God does

anointing, you will pray, repent, and commandthe kingdoms of this world to fall before thesoldiers of God, His prayer warriors.

God will, in response to your prayer, sendthe angels (hornets) before His people anddestroy the enemy.

The hornets go before you as you pray anddo warfare. The enemy is defeated.

As a priest you must never move inpersonal anger. You cannot move in hate andanger and expect your king-priest ministry tooperate.

The Lord Alone Is King

Judges 8:23 And Gideon said unto them, Iwill not rule over you... the LORD shallrule...

Recognize that He is Lord, and He is God,

and you are merely His vessel. He desires tolive His king-priest ministry through you.

3 The King-Priest Rules byCommands

The Greek word translated ask when

referring to prayer includes the idea of demand.John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my wordsabide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, andit shall be done unto you

You are not demanding in rebellion or

anger. You are standing in the Fatherskingdom demanding your inheritance. TheFather smiles with pleasure as He watches Hischildren step out in faith.

Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, Whatthings soever ye desire, when ye pray,believe that ye receive [them], and ye shallhave [them].

The Greek word here translated desire isthe same word translated ask in John 15:7. Infact all the words dealing with prayer come

from this same word which also means todemand. Some demands are to be soft andothers are to be very firm.

You must learn to take your authority in

this world and make demands upon yourheavenly bank account as this is the foundationof real faith.

Command Ye Me

Isaiah 45:11 Thus saith the LORD, the Holy

One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me ofthings to come concerning my sons, andconcerning the work of my hands commandye me.

In the verses immediately prior to thisverse, God discusses the foolishness of a thing

created arguing with and rebelling against thecreator. Then He changes the subject."Concerning my sons and the work of myhands, you must command me."

When you are doing the work of the

kingdom and not arguing with God, you mustcommand to get the job done.

Following this God speaks of the work ofHis Son Jesus..

Isaiah 45:13 I have raised him up in

righteousness, and I will direct all his ways:he shall build my city, and he shall let gomy captives, not for price nor reward, saiththe LORD of hosts.

Gods Son and/or sons will build His city.You will never do much building anywhere ifyou do not know how to run the business athand by commands.

Any builder knows that a large project isdone through the authority of the head man.Each supervisor under the head carries out theboss commands by commanding those underhim.

To understand commanding on the part ofsons, consider a family business. The father

entrusts certain areas of the business to the son.

The father then teaches the son to takecommand of the business. To properly run thisbusiness the son uses the fathers authority andcommands things to happen.

This is the same in your heavenly kingdom.

In praying go to the Father in Jesus name."Father, I command this nation to become agodly nation."

In the following paragraphs, the Father

actually commands Himself through the King-priest ministry.

Listen to Moses command the Father.

"LORD ... Heal her now, O God, I beseechthee."

How could Moses command God like this?This sounds very demanding and almost likerebellion on the part of Moses.

As priests you yield to the mercy nature ofGod.

God is commanding Himself through you.This is the two natures of God buffeting eachother.

Remember you saw some of this in the firstchapter when Moses blocked God fromdestroying His people.

You cannot do this from the flesh. It mustbe the Spirit of God commanding through you.

Your job is to learn to flow with His Spirit.You are taking your authority in the

kingdom.

The priest must find the will of God,usually through intercession. Then the king

side of him commands the will of the Father bedone in the earth.

Commanding Is Gods Nature

God commands in creation.Psalms 33:9 For he spake, and it was [done];he commanded, and it stood fast.

God created the kingdom and runs thekingdom through Jesus, His son, with

commands.You are now a joint-heir with Jesus and

thereby have a joint partnership in running thekingdom. Like Jesus, you can only do what theFather does or orders.

God is running the kingdom through Hisking-priests. God cannot change His nature justbecause He operates through you. You, too,must yield to His commands.

He Who Commands Must First

Know the Fathers Will

John 5:30 I can of mine own self do nothing:as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just;because I seek not mine own will, but thewill of the Father which hath sent me.

The best way to know the Fathers will is tostart praying. It does not take long to knowwhat the Father wants you to command when

you have a life dedicated to prayer andcommunication with your Heavenly Father.

When you obey God, by hours of prayeryear after year, you learn what the Fatherwishes to command through you. It becomesnatural.

Our Spirit Is Joined to Jesus

I Corinthians 6:17 But he that is joined untothe Lord is one spirit.

You are one with Jesus in the Father. Youshare His king-priest ministry. You have Hisnature.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things throughChrist which strengtheneth me.

Matthew 17:20... 1f ye have faith... nothingshall be impossible unto you.

Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall beimpossible.

The only limit to the power of God as Helives in you is your unbelief.

Gods king-priests are beginning to realizethat the Creator lives in them. There is nothing

Learn to Command

Matthew 11:12 ... The kingdom of heaven

One way to press into the kingdom is bycommanding in the Spirit.

Command Gods Kingdom toCome

Genesis 22:17... Thy seed shall possess thegate of his enemies;

Here are some of the gates you shouldpossess from your prayer closet.

Command the children of God to possessthe nations of the world.

Command the kingdoms of this world tobecome the kingdoms of our Christ.

The Rapture

If you should be raptured out of the earthtoday, His kingdom will continue.

The Jews can take up where you leave off.An honest study of Revelation seems to indicatethat there are believers here during thetribulation period.

Some think these are people who havereceived Jesus after the rapture. I do notknow.

If the tribulation period started today, itwould probably be three and one half orseven years before the full reign of God onearth.

Forget about the tribulation and startthinking about taking over the kingdom.

Our minds should be set on occupyinguntil He comes. Get ready for the kingdomto take over. The full take over could besoon. We may as well make some strongdents in Satans kingdom before that dayfully arrives.

Unlimited Power

Deuteronomy 2:36 ... There was not one citytoo strong for us: the LORD our Goddelivered all unto us:

There was not one nation that could

stop Israel.

These were types and shadows for thechurch.

David ran through a troop, leaped overa wall and broke steel with his hands.

Zechariah teaches concerning our day that

the weak will be as David, but the House ofDavid, will be as God. (Zec 12:8)

The Greater Ministry

Matthew 11:11 Verily I say unto you,Among them that are born of women therehath not risen a greater than John theBaptist: notwithstanding he that is least inthe kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

The kings in the Old Covenant were theweak ones compared to Gods king-prieststoday. The least in the kingdom of heavenis greater than any in the Old Testament.(Matthew 11:11)

Commanding Curses?

Curses spoken without the promptingof the Holy Spirit are witchcraft.

Jesus

Jesus cursed the fig tree, a propheticpicture of death to religion which claims topossess but in reality possesses nothing.Apparently the fig tree professed it had

fruit by its leaves, but upon a closerexamination, it was discovered it hadnothing. Jesus cursed this hypocritical tree.

Paul

Acts 13:11 And now, behold, the hand of theLord [is] upon thee, and thou shalt be blind,not seeing the sun for a season...

Paul spoke a curse on a sorcerer and hebecame blind for a season.

Elisha

II Kings 2:24... He cursed them in the nameof the LORD. And there came forth two she

bears out of the wood, and tare forty andtwo children of them.

Elisha cursed the children who weremocking him. They were in reality mockingGod because Elisha was His prophet.Following this curse, bears attacked thechildren.

To understand this, you must realizethat these children were apparently voicingthe sentiments of their back-sliddenparents who had been mocking God in

their presence.

This took place in Bethel, the placewhere Jeroboam had erected one of theidols to worship.

1 Kings 12:28-29 ... The king... made two

calves [of] gold and he set the one in Bethel,and the other put he in Dan.

The curse was Gods judgment on anation. Whenever judgment comes to anation, whether is comes as a plague,

famine, or something else, it includes thechildren also. Not only the childrensuffered, but the grieving parents alsosuffered. It was all a result of their sin.

1 Kings 1:10 And Elijah answered and saidto the captain of fifty, If I [be] a man ofGod, then let fire come down from heaven,

and consume thee and thy fifty. And therecame down fire from heaven, and consumedhim and his fifty.

Why did God command fire to destroythese men through the prophet?

These men were sent by their king toBaal-zebub the god of Ekron. In otherwords they were going to demon spirits forinformation rather than Jehovah.

God sent the prophet to intercept the

messengers with the following message:II Kings 1:3... Is it not because [there is] nota God in Israel, [that] ye go to inquire ofBaal-zebub the god of Ekron?

The king did not accept the prophets

message. He immediately sent soldiers tocapture him.

The prophet released fire from heavenand destroyed them.

God was dealing with the anti-Christspirit that reigned in the northernkingdom. He used these curses todemonstrate His power as well as His

judgment.

Why were the disciples rebuked byJesus when they tried to command fire tocome down on Jesus enemies?

Luke 9:54 And when his disciples James andJohn saw [this], they said, Lord, wilt thouthat we command fire to come down from

heaven, and consume them, even as Eliasdid?

Luke 9:55 But he turned, and rebuked them,and said, Ye know not what manner ofspirit ye are of.

The disciples were operating in fleshlyanger. Jesus rebuked them.

Binding

Matthew 18:18 Verily I say unto you,

Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall bebound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shallloose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Bind demonic strong holds over cities

Bind the New Age spirit andcommand it to be broken.

Bind the spirit of witchcraft andSatanism.

Bind the evil rock music spirit.

You are binding the evil spirit and notthe individual. This is all done in Jesusname.

After each of these commands, pray intongues to help release greater faith. This

will build your anointing.

Command Healings

Peter used commands to heal the lameman in Acts three.

Paul used the same technique in Actsfourteen.

When you command the powers of God

to move, you will see many positiveresults. Jesus used this technique. Hecommanded the demons and the infirmitiesto leave. He did this by the Spirit of God.

Matthew 12:28 But if I cast out devils bythe Spirit of God, then the kingdom of Godis come unto you.

Jesus used the power of the Holy Spiritto cast out devils.

He taught us to do the same.

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hethat believeth on me, the works that I doshall he do also; and greater [works] thanthese shall he do; because I go unto my

Father.

Be very gentle when you arecommanding. Worship and praise theFather.
