For production, assembly or maintenance REYHER compiles sets or assembly kits of all individual components required. This does not only save the customer’s picking efforts, avoiding mistakes and remaining quantities, but also optimizes processes, for example by predetermined packing sequences. Furthermore we offer serial number management and batch tracing for our customers if required.

Item compilation is generally based on part lists. The items can include catalogue articles as well as engineered parts. In addition we offer the pre-assembly of components into

sets, for example. If required we also add packing lists, assembly instructions and even tools to the sets.

▶ Labelling standards REYHER supports various labelling standards, for example in compliance with VDA guideline 4902.

▶ (Data transmission) accompanying documents in line with VDA 4912 The accompanying documents contain standardised delivery notes and transport data of the delivery. At the same time data can be notified by data trans-mission.

Individual packaging for resellers

Manufacturer-neutral packaging Our stable packaging range is made of coated, corrugated paper for cartons with a width of 9 cm. The lid is fitted with a closing flap. Labels are put on the front.

▶ Packaging range with pouring lip Available in 7 sizes, easy item picking with pouring lip.

▶ Packaging range without pouring lip Available in 7 sizes, items picked from top.

Individual packaging We provide customer-specific packaging especially for resellers. Form and design of the packaging matched directly to the needs and image of the individual customer companies.

For every trade assortment and all spare parts, REYHER offers the right packaging including customer-specific labelling. You choose the products and the services you require – individually and need-based. We support your optimal brand presentation.
