Working Hours
The office timings are as follows :
• Monday to Saturday: Head Office, All other Braches : 10.00 AM to 7:00 PM Lunch Break:1:30 PM to 2:00 PM Second and Third Saturday Half Day
Leave Benefits :
All confirmed employees are eligible for 21 days Privilege Leave per year, including sick leave and casual leave.
These Leaves can be divided as : Sick leave-4, Casual leave-5, Privilege leave-12 days.
The Employee must take Approval for any kind of leave by reporting Authority and HR Department

Outdoor duty
All employees are required to obtain prior approval from their supervising officers before leaving their work place.
All employees should report to office at the office hrs before proceeding on outdoor duty unless a written permission from supervisor is sought in advance.
Compensatory Leave
In case an employee is required to work on Sundays / Holidays due to exigencies of work he / she will be entitled for compensatory leave.
To avail compensatory off an employee should have worked for at least 8 hours on the holiday.
Incase an employee works for less than 6 hours he / she will be entitled to only half day compensatory off.
An employee who has worked on a holiday must sign the muster indicating the incoming and out-going time to be eligible for compensatory off.
Compensation and Salary
Salary is paid on 5th of every month.
Salary is to be treated as confidential information and no communication is to be done with colleagues and other staff.
