State Membership Director Report: Mark Messier, DD

Brothers,

District Deputy James Lockwood, of District 3 (North Nashua) is holding his “Annual District Meeting”, on

Monday, February 25th

. His District Meeting has been turned in to a Membership Forum, to discuss membership

recruitment and retention. Jim is inviting any other District Deputy and their councils to join them.

The meeting will be held at St Patrick Parish, 29 Spring St, Nashua NH, 03060.

Anyone interested should contact Jim for more information and details. Jim can be contacted at

[email protected] or at (603)548-2162. You may also contact State Membership Director, Mark

Messier for assistance as well, at [email protected] or at (603)520-5548. We look forward to getting as

many councils together as possible.

Thanks for all that you do and happy recruiting!

Information On the Available Custom Prospect Landing Page

At our recent Winter Quarterly meeting, it was great to be able to share with everyone, the excellent year we are

having to date, with our recruitment intake as well as our net growth in New Hampshire.

There is, however, an exciting new recruiting tool from Supreme, which I did not mention. It could and should be

a real "game changer" for us. I am referring to the creation and implementation of a new prospecting system

called the Prospect Landing Page. This is a digital version of a prospect card with some unique differences.

First, the digital prospecting allows you to follow up with a prospective member immediately. Once the

prospective member hits submit on the form, they will immediately receive a personalized email from someone in

the council thanking them for their interest in the Knights.

Second, they will automatically start receiving emails which have been crafted to give the prospect more

information about who the Knights are and what we do.

Finally, it allows the online membership team to track the prospect to better understand the content that

prospective members are interested in and clicking on.

Supreme will build a CUSTOM Prospect Landing Page for your council, which can be used on a phone, tablet, or

computer. You can ask potential members if they are interested in learning more about the Knights and that

information can be entered in a matter of seconds. They will immediately get a personalized email from the Grand

Knight and encouraging them to join the Knights and reference your council by name and number. This is a great

system and in the upcoming weeks, we hope to get a few screen shots created to help demonstrate how it works.

Meanwhile feel free to reach out to Greg Taillon, PSD, our Online Membership Coordinator and he will be happy

to explain this in more detail. I strongly encourage each council to request this Prospect Landing Page. All

you need to do is go to info.kofc.org/pagerequest.

Thanks for all that you do!
