Tacit knowledge is highly personal, unrecorded and unarticulated. It is hard toformalize and therefore difficult, if notsometimes impossible, to communicate.

Knowledge Management
The process, typically used byorganizations, to understand, andcomprehend information by identifying, creating, representing and distributingknowledge for reuse, awareness andlearning.
Knowledge management is a cycle, muchlike the harvest cycle. As a farmer plants, tends, reaps, enriches, and sows theircrops, so must we with our knowledge, understanding, and learning.
