14Where do we use adjectives?
Adjectives come before or after a noun.
For example :

17Adjective pairs and lists
You can use more than one adjective to describe a noun.
You can use two adjectives – we call this an adjective pair.
Jasper is a cute, cuddly cat.
You need to use commas to separate the adjective pair.

You can use three or more adjectives to describe a noun – we call this a list of adjectives.
In a list, you need to use commas to separate the adjectives and use and to join the last two adjectives.
Jasper is a cute, cuddly and grey cat.
