WHY?

The pupils need to learn basic skills before

they are able to learn about complex concepts

and skills such as writing essays, reciting

poems and singing nursery rhymes.

Building a strong foundation of competencies

in basic literary skills, reading through

phonics, penmanship, basic listening and

speaking.
