«KVITES» ltd was established in year 2009 as a construction consultancy company. With persistent success in the field, we have managed several high-complexity implementation projects. In early 2011 our company expanded, now offering not only consultancy in construction management, but also design services. Right now our architectural design team includes both- experienced architects, and young professionals with experience and education gained both- in Latvia and Scandinavia. We have established relations with several other design companies, which allow us to deliver fully-developed projects of diverse complexity, including architectural design, construction engineering, utility network design and others.

All our work is grounded on both- experience and innovation. Art centre. The building is designed in three storeys and a basement, combining premises for art galleries, workshops, hotel rooms for the guests of the centre, presentation rooms and a restaurant.

Library. The building is designed in a functional style. Its four storeys host all necessary premises- library, workshops, administrative premises, hotel rooms for the guests of the centre, presentation rooms and an espresso bar.

Single family house. The house is located in the suburbs of Riga. The main design guidelines are cubism and minimalism- requiring the clearness in its volume, layout and materials, thus still preserving homeliness in its interior.

Logistics centre and warehouses. In a plot with the total area of 364 400 m², five buildings with total area of 19 821 m² are designed- two logistics warehouses, a security and passing point, a boiler house for heating utilities and a pumping-plant for water supply. The warehouses are designed to be operated by both- road vehicles and railway and to serve as storage and distribution point for a wide variety of goods. The warehouse is designed to serve according to the clients requested system of delivery, handling and distribution of goods. The warehouse is divided in separate zones with different load capacities, constructions and installed equipment. The administrative block in located in one of the warehouses as an entresol, comprising more than 700 m² with additional area for the technical and auxiliary premises.
