Kyung-Ah Park Executive Office New York yung-Ah is head of Environmental Markets and Innovation in the Sustainable Finance Group. In that capacity, she works closely with the firm's global businesses on driving market solutions and innovative financings across sustainability and leads the work on climate transition and policy. Kyung-Ah also heads the Center for Environmental Markets, which partners with corporates, non-governmental organizations and academic institutions to facilitate research and develop pilot projects that inform public policy and environmental market solutions. Previously, Kyung-Ah was head of the Environmental Markets Group, where she led the global environmental initiatives for the firm and oversaw environmental risk management. Prior to her role in environmental markets, Kyung-Ah was a vice president in the Industrials Group in the Investment Banking Division and an executive director of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, where she worked in an advisory capacity with clients across the region. She joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department in New York and was named managing director in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Kyung-Ah worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Seoul, Korea, and Johannesburg, South Africa. Kyung-Ah serves on the Board of Directors of Resources for the Future (RFF) and Girls Inc. of New York City. She has also served in an advisory capacity to many sustainability related organizations and is currently an adviser to the New York University's Center for Sustainable Business. Kyung-Ah earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. K
