The activities of the Association will cover all aspects of life-cycle assessment, design,maintenance, rehabilitation and monitoring of civil engineering systems.
FIELD OF ACTIVITY
The mission of the Association is to become the premier international organization forthe advancement of the state-of-the-art in the field of life-cycle civil engineering.
MISSION
The objective of the Association is to promote international cooperation in the field oflife-cycle civil engineering for the purpose of enhancing the welfare of society.
OBJECTIVE
Membership will include individual members and collective members. An individualmember of the Association shall be a person who is involved in the areas of activitycovered by the Association, possesses appropriate knowledge and who is willing tosupport the mission and objective of the Association. A collective member of theAssociation shall be an organization having technical or scientific interest in theAssociation, such as institutions, universities, qualified firms, and libraries.

2010 have been published by Taiwan Tech, National Taiwan
University of Science and Technology, as a set comprising a
hardbound Book of abstracts and a CD-ROM of full papers,
including ten keynote papers and 115 technical
contributions. The extended version of selected papers
included in the proceedings will be published in a
