MEMBERSHIP INFORMATIONTo become a full member of the MWFA, a prospective company must meet a few simple, but important criteria:

• Its place of business must be in the state of Illinois or an adjoining state• The business must have been in existence for three years• The company must carry a reasonable permanent inventory• Three full-time persons, excluding the owner, must be employed• The company should agree to abide by the Association’s By-Laws and participate in Association activities

Companies not meeting the criteria of Regular or Associate (fastener related not meeting all criteria for Regular) will beconsidered for an Affiliate Membership (non fastener related but providing service/benefit to the industry). An AffiliateMembership shall enjoy all privileges of a Regular or Associate Member, except voting and holding office.
