The premises of the Waterleau Head Office include a state-of-the-art lab and testing facility. Our R&D engineers have acquired extensive know-how in setting up lab scale as well as mobile full scale testing systems for water and air treatment process design and optimization. Our pilots are specially designed to test your unique process in an accurate but small-scale simulation. Testing will reveal bottlenecks and other unforeseen process problems, allowing corrections to be made while still in a cost efficient environment.

TESTING PROCESS WATER SOLUTIONS OR ANAEROBIC AND AEROBIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROCESSESOur pilot hall contains a complete range of reactors and pilots allowing anaerobic and aerobic process optimization before full scale implementation. Wastewater samples are shipped from clients plants or simulated in-house mirroring the on-site wastewater characteristics and treatment requirements.

Our Waterleau fleet of mobile pilot designs is particularly adapted for responding to situations requiring fast intervention as well as for on-site R&D or demonstration purposes. Our skidded or containerized solutions can be shipped in a fortnight. Our Waterleau engineers will assist in the pilot start up as well as train the plants technical staff to operate the pilot and monitor the KPI’s.
