Labels communicate many messages: the brand promise, the production description, the manufacturer, instructions. Today, they command a share of about 20 percent worldwide in the sector of packaging print –and the demand is constantly growing.

The Label Days in Wiesloch-Walldorf are dedicated to the segment of Inmould and wet-glue label printing. In 2010 we introduced the Speedmaster XL 105-D for inline rotary die-cutting to the market. Since then, we sold over 25 presses to inmould label printers around the globe. Inmould label printing continues to be an important and growing market segment. So visit our Label Days and get inspired!

The Heidelberg Label Days will be held in parallel to the Label Expo 2015 exhibition, taking place in Brussels from September 29 to October 02. This allows you to visit both events and to explore the new Gallus digital label printing press DCS 340 in Brussels in hall 5 on booth 5B28.

Visiting both events will give you a comprehensive overview of our portfolio in label printing.

Advanced technology for highly efficient label production.We will present a Speedmaster XL 106 with CutStar running Inmould-Foil 50µ EUP at high speeds in straight and perfecting mode. Suited to special label printing we will also show various Duo applications with flexo unit before Offset on the Speedmaster XL 106 with Prinect Image Control for opaque white regula-tion. As another highlight we will have a Speedmaster XL 106-D available with embossing in the first unit and die-cutting in the second unit showing rotative die-cutting of inmould labels and paper labels at high speed with shortest make-ready time.

Also the Speedmaster XL 75 with Anicolor and Multicolor Process will be shown. For the first time you will have the possibility to get a presentation on PDK Paper Stretch Compensation for perfect register – compensates the natural paper expansion by humidity in the press via characteristic curves in prepress. To make the event a full-blown label day we will also invite important suppliers for material and tools like e. g. Treofan, Kocher + Beck and Brigl & Bergmeister.

In the evening prior to the event, we cordially invite you to our Welcome Dinner at 07.00 pm.

The Label Days start at 08.30 am in the Print Media Center Commercial in Wiesloch-Walldorf and last until 04.30 pm.
