Labor Force Sample Survey, 2011

Labor force publications and reports

Results of the annual labor force sample survey are

published as publications and reports. These analyze

labor force characteristics and composition, from the

point of view of educational and employment status,

economic activity, main occupations and sectors. These

publications and reports deal with key indicators of labor

market, and analysis exposes the unemployed regarding

their educational status, age groups, duration for looking

for job and reasons of unemployment from their

perspective. The analytical report sheds the light on the

unemployed Qataris who obtained less than secondary

education and secondary education, and enrollment in

training courses and their desire to work for the private

sector
