Between hosting Sydney Boys Grammar School, hosting a LAP and RAP (Riverina Access Program) program, Year 12 LAP Graduation, Motorbike Workshop, Year 11 exams and more, we’ve also managed to fit in quality learning! And we still have one week of Term 3 to go. I’d like to thank all of the families who have already responded to the Learning and Support Evaluation survey that we sent out through SMS this week. If you didn’t get an SMS please ensure we have your correct mobile phone details. You can go to this link and still complete the survey- https://forms.gle/M9sR5sV5ZeW8qrJU8 Otherwise, I have attached a paper copy of the survey to the back of the newsletter if you don’t have access to the internet. Again thank you to the 26 responses we already have received! This will help us to improve support mechanisms in the school for all students. Next week another survey will be released via SMS from Mr Kendall. It is the annual Tell Them From Me survey. It is a much longer survey, however the data we receive from it can only help but improve our school. Last year we only had 10 responses, so I would love it if you could please take the time to complete it. Students have already completed their first survey for this and staff will also complete it very soon. I promise we won’t be sending out surveys all the time. It is just the time of the year where we begin collecting information to focus our direction for 2020 and beyond. It was great to host the Sydney Grammar boys and their staff this week. Although I missed the assembly on Thursday, by all accounts the songs sounded beautiful. I had the opportunity to hear them creating and practicing their new song on Wednesday. We look forward to continuing this partnership into next year and, after speaking with their principal, he is extremely keen as well. Finally, it was an honour to attend and present merit awards at our LAP Graduation for Year 12 at Tullibigeal. It was fantastic to see our students dressed up and proud of their achievements. I personally wish them all the best for their final official week of schooling. Have a wonderful weekend and I can’t wait for our final week of Term 3. What an incredibly busy and exhausting week for everyone! Between hosting Sydney Boys Grammar School, hosting a LAP and RAP (Riverina Access Program) program, Year 12 LAP Graduation, Motorbike Workshop, Year 11 exams and more, we’ve also managed to fit in quality learning!
