October 25, 2015 Thirtieth Sunday in Ordinary Time

“Take courage, get up Jesus is calling you.”

Imagine how the blind man's life was changed when

Jesus stopped to talk with Him. Before Jesus calls to

him, everyone is telling him to be quiet, afterwards,

everyone is helping him. This example from the

Gospel encourages us to keep calling out to God for

help even when we cannot see a solution to our prob-

lems and others may be telling us to just be quiet. God

can help us regardless of our human circumstances.

When what we are asking from God will bring glory

to God He will help us.

The blind man is an example of having "blind" faith,

faith that endures regardless of what others around us

may be telling us. When God does answer, everyone

sees it as God working in our lives.

Imagina como el la vida del ciego cambio cuando

Jesús se detuvo a hablar con el. Antes de que Jesús le

hablara, todos le decían que callara, después, todos lo

ayudaban. Este ejemplo del Evangelio nos anima a

seguir pidiendo a Dios ayuda aun cuando no vemos

una solución a nuestros problemas y otros nos digan

que callemos. Dios puede ayudarnos sin importar

nuestras circunstancias humanas. Si cuando lo que le

estamos pidiendo a Dios le va a traer gloria a Dios El

nos ayudara.

El ciego es un ejemplo de tener fe "ciega", fe que dura

sin importar lo que los demás a nuestro alrededor nos

dicen. Cuando Dios responde, todos ven como Dios

trabaja en nuestras vidas.
