ColorFill is an easy to use self setting materialwhich requires no mixing. ColorFill is applied usinga spatula and is touch dry in one hour, after this itis waterproof and resistant to all householddetergents and cleaners. If used properly ColorFillprovides a permanent repair.

ColorFill is available bulk packed, or in blisterpackswhich are very popular with flooring retailers.

Unika ColorSealant is a waterbased acrylic gapfiller and sealant designed specifically for theinstallation of laminate and timber flooring.ColorSealant is ideal for filling gaps betweenflooring and walls or skirting boards and acts as anexpansion mechanism allowing the floor to expandand contract. ColorSealant is also ideal for fillinggeneral gaps where flooring planks are cut to fitaround difficult obstacles such as fireplaces,doorways etc.

ColorSealant is available in a wide range of coloursdesigned to match the most popular laminate andwoodgrain finishes. The range is under constantdevelopment to exactly match the latest in flooringtrends. ColorSealant is available to match yourentire flooring range.

Available in a 310ml cartridge ColorSealant iswaterproof once fully cured. It can be over paintedand lacquered when dry.

PVA D3 AdhesiveUnika PVA D3 is manufactured to EN204 (D3)standards and has been tested by FIRA to thesestandards.

PVA D3 has been specially formulated for tongueand groove flooring, flows easily, dries clear and iswaterproof once dry.

PVA D3 is available in 500g bottles with a steppedapplicator.

Glues, Fillers & RepairsMultiFix SupaUnika MultiFix Supa is an instant grab,high strength adhesive specificallydesigned to fix scotia, skirting, architraveand dado rail to walls.

It has excellent adhesive and gap fillingproperties and will work well on unevensurfaces.

It is compatible with most buildingmaterials including:

Wood, plywood, hardboard, chipboard,brick, concrete, stone, breeze block,sandcement screeds, ceramics,laminated plastic, rigid insulation (exceptpolystyrene), GRP and metal.

ClicSealProtects laminate floor joints fromwater damage

ClicSeal is a joint sealer designed to protect thecore of ‘click’ flooring from moisture and waterdamage. It will prevent joint swelling and opening.

ClicSeal can be used with all glueless flooring -laminate and engineered wood floors and it isideal for kitchens, bathrooms and entrances.

ClicSeal does not have to be used on the wholefloor but can be used just in those areas wherewater is likely to be splashed.

One tube of ClicSeal is sufficient for 10m² offlooring.

Use it to:Fix batterns, windowsills, coving,plasterboard, edgestrips, stair nosings,wall and floor boards,window frames,partitions and repairloose tiles.

FloorBondFloorBond is a solvent and water free wood flooradhesive using the latest MS Polymer technology.Water Free 100% means it can be stored frost freefor example over night in a van in winter. SolventFree 100% means it doesn’t need any specialdisposal requirements by the fitter.

Floor Bond is free from isocyanates which meansit is a safer, greener product.

It has an EC-1 label which means it has very lowemissions and can be used anywhere.

FloorBond is a one component product which isready to use and requires no mixing orpreparation. Easy to apply with cartridge gun

It as a high final bond strength according toEN14293 standards and remains permanentlyelastic which is important for allowing the floor toexpand and contract. It is suitable for under floorheating.

Skirting & ArchitraveThis range has been designed to complement allpopular flooring finishes and also exactly match in colour the Unika Scotia range.

InstallationTo fix an HDF Profile in place, simply:

1. Measure and carefully cut the profile to the correct length.

2. Fix the plastic base channel to the floorallowing 8/10mm from the laminate forexpansion.

3. Carefully tap the profile into place.

All Unika HDF Floor Profiles areindividually shrink wrapped with adescriptive label and packed in boxesor tubes of 20 to make handling easy.

Solid Wood ScotiaTo complement the floor profile range Unika offers a range ofSolid Wood Scotia designed to cover the expansion gapbetween the floor and skirting. This will ensure a perfect finish toall veneer, engineered and solid wood floors.

Solid Wood Scotia is available in 2.4 metre lengths with a radiusof 20mm. This radius is sufficient to cover the expansion gap setby the majority of solid wood flooring manufacturers. Solid WoodScotia can be pinned or glued to skirting and is easily mitred.
