Established in 1993, the Land Use Law Center at Pace LawSchool is dedicated to fostering the development ofsustainable communities through the promotion ofinnovative land use strategies and collaborative decision‐gmaking techniques, as well as leadership training,research, education, and technical assistance.
Through its many programs, the Center offersmunicipalities, land use leaders, citizens, advocates,planners attorneys real estate industry leaders andplanners, attorneys, real estate industry leaders, andother land use professionals assistance that enables themto achieve their development and conservation goals.
