Parcel Sold At Scottsdale Airpark Once Planned for 150,000 square foot Office/
Hanger - Scottsdale, AZ.
A 9.5 acre parcel with taxi-way access at Scottsdale Airpark that was once planned for a
150,000 square-foot office-hangar has been sold. The buying entity was formed by the Tait
family. No word coming from the Taits on their plans for the prime acreage, which is the largest
undeveloped tract with taxi-way access within the Scottsdale Airpark.
The land is located at the intersection of Raintree Drive and 78th Way (14800 N. 78th Way).
The current I-1 zoning allows for up to 332,000 +/- s.f. of buildings on the property with a height
of 52’+/-. Specific building sizes and approvals for aviation related uses will vary depending on
site design, coverage, aprons, etc.
