ISSLSI Standard 4: The learning channel at FCHS is the greatest opportunity to promote the success of all students and collaborate with families and community members. Through the learning channel, we broadcast sports events, scholastic achivements, and highlight indiviual students and teachers. Howeaver it has been limited in scope. Every student in our system is doing something, or part of somthing important, and should be highlighted.

Objective

• Franklin County Public Schools have a wonderful, but underutilized cable channel.

• My objective is to take charge of the Franklin County Public Schools Television Channel develop programming, and shoot events that take place in Franklin County's Public schools.

ISSLSI Standard 3: During my decade in the Franklin County Public schools, I have organized new cirriculum, retrained for new fields, and assisted in program areas with different but overlaping technology. My varied work experience, as well as always adding to my tool box, shows my ability to manage, organize, operate and provide resources for efficient and effective learning environments.

Motivation and Work Ethic

• As a member of the community, small business owner, and parent, I am highly motivated to create a learning environment that develops world-class students.

• I have served for 10 years in the Franklin County School District, volunteer with youth mentoring, Boy Scouts and work with Fatherhood Inatiative. I do this because I am dedicated to generation that will care for me as get older.
