What We learned

As a group we learned that not groups work in perfect harmony. Just like a business you might get a few employees that are more able and willing to do the work than others. The three remaining group members came together and picked up the slack just as you would in a business that surrounds you with problem employees.

What We are Taking Away From ThisEach remaining team member has gained the knowledge to read and fully understand workforce policy’s.

We also learned that teamwork really only works if the team is truly committed to complete the same common goal.
