1. All cost are based on the guaranteed guest count given. 2. All menu items and prices are based on availability and are subject to change. 3. Customer agrees to pay additional, at the agreed per-guest price, for any guest that increases the guarantee, even if

the food is available. 4. Customer understands and agrees that the caterer brings extra food and beverage in the event that extra guests

attend, and all extra food and beverage not purchased by the client remains property of Lauryn’s Fine Catering. This food and beverage will be removed by Lauryn’s Fine Catering at the end of the event.

5. The final count/guarantee, menu, and payment are due 30 days in advance of the event. For the final guest count, the number may not be lowered, but may be raised. Make your best estimate, as we can always go up but not down. Food must be ordered, and staff has to be scheduled.

6. If the contract is not fulfilled due to natural disaster or act of God, the function will be re-scheduled, and all payments will be re-applied to another open date within one year of this contract.

7. The customer will be responsible for all guests and for damages/thefts that may occur to any equipment of Lauryn’s Fine Catering during an event.

8. If Lauryn’s Fine Catering is providing the client’s liquor, they are not responsible for any damage or injury to or by individuals who have been served alcohol. Customer agrees to abide with Louisiana Law concerning the consumption of alcohol. All persons consuming alcohol must be 21 years old and able to provide proper identification.

9. If customer exceeds the three hours of services provided by Lauryn’s Fine Catering, there will be additional charges for the service and bar. These charges will be due by the end of the event.

10. Customer agrees to ALL deposit requirements and payment schedules listed on the contract. Should payment requirements not be met, the reservation will become null and void. All payments and deposits paid are non- refundable.

11. Customer understands that once a contract is signed, the caterer may decline other profit-making opportunities on that day; therefore, the client will be responsible for the entire contract cost even if the event is cancelled.

12. This agreement shall be considered to have been made in the state of Louisiana and shall be interpreted, and rights and liabilities determined, in accordance with the laws of said state. If any of the provisions of this agreement are contrary to, prohibited by, or held invalid under applicable laws or regulations of any jurisdiction in which it is sought to be enforced, then only that provision shall be considered inapplicable and omitted but shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.

13. This contract contains all agreements by the parties hereto. There are no promises, agreements, terms or conditions than those contained within this contract. This agreement shall apply to and bind all parties, may not be assigned by either party, and cannot be changed or altered orally.

14. A Service fee of 3.5% will be added to all Credit Card/Debit Card payments.
