this beautiful Sunday, 7 Aug 2005.

Masterplan of Projects 2005-2006includes:

a) Lions TiRatana Mobile Clinic – atleast 5 projects.

b) Donation of rice and foodstuff tothe needy – on monthly basis.

c) Major fund raising project, to beorganized by Ln Alan Soo, with atarget of 200 tables.

d) Blood donation project.e) Joint projects with our Leos (Leos

Club of SMK Seri Kembangan).f) Club twinning.g) Many other smaller projects

including peace poster competition,old folks visitation, Chinese NewYear luncheon for theunderprivileged.




Immediate Past President Jimmy Chew presentedawards to LC Serdang members who have shownexemplary service.

Awards given out on the day were:

♦ Outstanding Service Award (9 recipients)

♦ Lion of the Year 2004/2005

♦ Most Promising Young Lion.

Ln Alan Soo was honored as Lion of the Year2004/2005 for his leadership in 2 fund raisingevents, namely the Lions Tsunami Disaster Fundand the Pun Choi Charity Dinner.

DG on behalf of Lions Clubs International gaveout Certificates of Appreciation to those who haverecently sponsored new Lions members.

Installation of Board of Directors 2005/2006 of Leos Club of SMK SeriKembangan was conducted on 7August 2005.

This great event was blessed by thepresence of the 2 Teacher Advisors ofthe Leos Club.

Leo Advisor Ln Alvin Khoo, assisted byPP Ln Danny Liew, have big hearts inthe affairs of the Alpha Leos. Whenthe Leos have their meeting, they willbe there….giving precious advice andheartful motivation to the Leos.

The Leos have planned afew projects for the firstquarter of 2005/2006.1 Sign language class forLeos and friends of Leos @SMK Seri Kembangan.2 Painting of the gardenchairs @ SMK SeriKembangan.

Leading this new Board ofDirector is Leo Seah. Wehope Leo Seah and herBoard of Directors could:♦ Serve the schoolcommunity by implementingmeaningful projects at SMK Seri Kembangan.♦ Recruit more Leos members.♦ Develop excellent rapport with theSchool authorities and Teacher Advisors.♦ Drive the Leos Club of SMK SeriKembangan to be a renowned club in theSchool and in Leos District.
