Students will:• Meet with the Nation’s leaders to discuss educational issues and the importance of service for young adults across the nation.

• Accept and embrace leadership responsibilities as part of their contribution to the world.

• Develop a network of individuals to support future collaboration among emerging National Beta Leaders.

• Utilize creative problem solving techniques as ways of effective collaboration among like-minded individuals.

• Identify personal strengths and weaknesses to engage in advanced interpersonal communication strategies, team building activities, and presentation delivery techniques.

• Experience first–hand the sights and sounds of our Nation’s Capital

Registration Fees$629 BY FEBRUARY 1, 2019

$679 BY MAY 1, 2019•Full registration will be waived for 2019-20 State Officers & Regional Leadership Representatives

•Harris Award Recipients must pay the full registration fee. After attending the conference, fees will be reimbursed.

The National Beta Leadership Conference is open to all Senior Beta members 9th – 12th grade. The registration fee includes:

• Four nights lodging at the Catholic University of America • All conference activities and sight-seeing adventures • All meals • Dinner cruise down the Potomac River

Transportation• All paid participants must make their own flight arrangements. Delegates must fly into the Reagan National Airport (DCA) in Washington D.C.• All paid participants must notify the National Office of flight arrangements to include arrival & departure times. Email to LEADERSHIP@BETACLUB.ORG• Transportation to and from Reagan National Airport to the conference location is provided.• Flight arrival times must be between 10 AM–2 PM on June 26th for airport transportation• Flight departure times must be between 9 AM–2 PM on June 30th for airport transportation
