Hundreds of years ago, nomads travelled around looking for water. Their whole model of being and working together was fueled by this logic.
At a certain moment the following question was raised :
“What if we stop looking for water and start looking for manners to bring water towards us ?”
This question turned the world upside down … only one question, but a smart one !
The questions we ask ourselves determine the world we move in to !
Did you know that a lot of organisations are build upon principles, theories and concepts
that are older then 100 years ?
The world and people have changed dramatically since then !
These things have the same age as a lot of key principles still used by companies …
