In 2001, Gallup introduced the world to the originalClifton StrengthsFinder assessment in Now,Discover Your Strengths.
The book became a New York Times bestseller andsold nearly 2 million copies. Its author and creatorof the Clifton StrengthsFinder, former Gallupchairman Dr. Donald O. Clifton (1924-2003), wasnamed the Father of Strengths-Based Psychologyby the American Psychological Association.

Strengths are the unique combination of talents,knowledge, and skills that every person possesses.But most people don’t know what their strengthsare or have the opportunity to use them to theiradvantage.
People who do focus on their strengths every dayare six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs.And they are more than three times as likely to saythey have an excellent quality of life.
DiSC
DiSC is a personal assessment tool used toimprove work productivity, teamwork andcommunication. DiSC is non-judgmental and helpspeople discuss their behavioral differences.
The initial DiSC model comes from Dr. WilliamMarston, a professor at Columbia University in the1920s, who was curious about the behavior ofnormal people.
