Small changes in you leadership which would make a significant change in order to achieve the desired outcome as you develop your organisation/co-workers. Peter Nilsson, I have had various management roles in Development, over 20 years involving Project Management, Line Management, cross- functional development work in an international environment. Latest, from a technical aspect I have commence the assignment for the last integration point within Product Development with a team focus on SW Configuration Management, System SW architecture, SW Distribution Tool Chain. Other positive effects such as increased self -esteem, proactively beyond assignment, stimulate efficiency improvements would be mentioned but not addressed in the presentation.
