Managerial grating (Managerial Grid) of Blake and Mouton
The managerial grid developed by Dr. Robert R Bloke and Dr. Jane S Mouton is a concept to answer the question: "how the temple of organizational goals can be achieved by hierarchy through its people". This concept basically revolves around the combination of attention to people and attention to production.
Manajerial lattice is as follows
1 . Poor management
2 . Relaxed Management
3 . Humans Management organization
4 . Authority obedience .
5 . Management team .
4 styles of leadership
1.Relations (Related): relationships with the people2.Integration (integration): orientation and human tasks 3.Separated (separated): the use of tasks and relationships at low levels4. Dedication (dedikated): concerned with job
Changes in leadership styles
Path-Goal Theory suggests that the same leadership can demonstrate different leadership styles in different situations.
